Shirley Sherrod: I want to speak to Obama

"I know he's African-American or part African-American, and many of us are not totally black in our genes. I'm one of them. But when you get down to where the rubber meets the road, I think he needs to understand a little more of what life is like at that level."
Cue "Hello Papa. Hello Mama. Here I am at Camp Obama...."

Your Say

Cue "Hello Papa. Hello Mama. Here I am at Camp Obama...."

Freakin’ awesomely funny as all hell.

I’m sensing earworm for the WHOLE GD weekend…and giggling like a freakin' school girl too.

I wouldn't hold my breath until this mocha-marshmallow
actually visits a Project for a refresher course with the Boyz.

Also doubt that his erstwhile community organizing ever
took him within a mile of a crack-house...
that would be staring into the abyss.
Like Tonto said, "What do you mean 'we', White Man.

Jesse Jackson kinda had that limp-noodled academic in the WH all figured out when he offered to "cut his nuts off." Trouble is, Harvard and Michelle beat Jesse to it.

"African America" loves to embarass itself in the aggregate with their knee-jerk race consciousness by doing stuff like cheering O.J. Simpson's verdict or celebrating Obama's election. They get a lot quieter during the inevitable letdown.

The pleasure is to serve, Tim.

The problem was not where the rubber met the road. The problem was that there was no rubber at all.

So, Gerard. Where are the rest of the lyrics to that ditty.

I still remember those Hippos and Crocs running around the stage to that music in Fantasia. Thanks for belly-laugh. Camp Obama yikes!
