Attractive Nuisance: Should Judges Help Tackle Climate Change? | Wired Science | Wired.com
"The idea may at first seem crazy. In a legal world obsessed with claims of judicial activism, the image of a judge taking on a global problem like climate change seems like the punch line to a bad joke at an Exxon board meeting. But it turns out there is a long and proud history of judges addressing pollution in the absence of environmental regulation."Yes, this crap is actually put out from something called Wired "Science," aka "Propaganda from our seething craniums concerning what to do if our arguments and yearnings don't get any results from elected officials and public elections."
These brain-dead blatherings come from a new operation called risably "The Climate Desk." Who? "A: The Climate Desk is a journalistic collaboration dedicated to exploring the impact—human, environmental, economic, political—of a changing climate. The partners are The Atlantic, Center for Investigative Reporting, Grist, Mother Jones, Slate, Wired, and PBS's new public-affairs show Need To Know." Their motto? "Unfair and Mentally Unbalanced All the Time."
