Very impressive. Someone that had nothing to do with 9/11 was crushed. I might have been impressed if the response had been to convert the King of Mordor's palace into a parking lot. After all, he was the one responsible for the Wahabist propaganda that led to 9/11.

- Indiscriminate SCUDing of the civilian populations of Tel Aviv, Riyadh, and Dhahran.
- The people-chipping rapist Mukhabarat.
- Globe-spanning soot clouds from belligerent flaming oil wells.
- Ethnic cleansing of the Marsh Arab culture via draining their environ.
- Dumping millions of barrels of oil into the Gulf.
- Shooting at American planes.
- Corruption of UN humanitarian funding apparatus in exchange for oil concessions.
- ...

You may not have noticed but Saddam and his sons will never do those things again. Huzzah!

By the way, the burning oil wells were in response to the invasion when he had already lost.

Better still would have been to respond to 9/11 by converting Mecca and Medina into holes in the ground that glow in the dark. Two cities for two buildings is about the ratio I'd have liked.
