FLOTUS FASHIONS: Recycling tablecloths and tiedyes since 2008!

Words. Fail. Can somebody please intervene? This woman clearly should not be allowed to dress herself.
"Such a busy day. Not even time to change our clothes. But then, it was a nice opportunity to show off our dress in the light of day, because the skirt has an odd interesting effect, fading to purple." -- Michelle Obama's Mirror's Blog: The Work of the Fashion Forward is Never Done

But Michele obviously works so hard making her own clothes ... shouldn't she get a chance to show them off?

Sorry - she wasn't the one elected.
And since the election she's honored that and kept largely to the first-lady script.

I didn't like the nastiness poured out on the Bush ladies. And I'm not going to go to that level.

Palin is a player in a way that Michelle is not.

Yes, that appears to be true. She hasn't morphed into a Hillary.

When Obama is un-elected in '12, Michelle will probably do a book deal. I'll bet the title of her memoir will be something like "Being Black in the White House." After years at Princeton, and having been gifted a cornucopia of education and discovery, the best Michelle could scratch out for her senior thesis was "Being Black at Princeton." Its always been about Michelle and Barack. The cosmos outside themselves is irrelevant.
