Yes to "The Party of No"

The Republicans sucker to the Democrat pandering all the time, worrying that they shall somehow lose out on the K Street Gravy Train or maybe look like a bunch of Snidely Whiplashes. When the Media and their Treasured Progressive Saints accuse the Republicans of being “the party of No” and the Republicans wince and mumble about the things they brought to the table only to be ignored (how pathetic) by the big strapping Democrats, they should have replied :
“Damned Straight Skippy, We ARE the Party of No, its a lovely word really, speaks to restraint and moderation and distillation and conservation and knowing ones limits…something the Americans once appreciated when they had a grip on reality instead of gripping their privates in stunned , inchoate fear.” -- D.W. There is the grand truth about Nataniel Hawthorne. He says NO! in thunder; but the Devil himself cannot make him say yes. For all men who say yes, lie; and all men who say no, -—why, they are in the happy condition of judicious, unencumbered travellers in Europe; they cross the frontiers into Eternity with nothing but a carpet-bag, -—that is to say, the Ego. Whereas those yes-gentry, they travel with heaps of baggage, and, damn them! they will never get through the Custom House.

Damn Strait, NO!

It's what adults do when confronting unruly children. It's what a sheriff worth his salt says to rowdy drunks in the saloon, and without having to draw his gun.

Explain "NO" to that part of the voting public that still doesn't get it, and then point out to them that the Democrats don't undertand any part of "NO."
