What the World Needs Now Is a Quart of Starbucks

La Trenta: The one coffee to have when you're having only one coffee!

Because, well, two pints just weren't enough! Starbucks Gossip:
Starbucks believes the Venti size isn't quite big enough for some customers The 32-ounce Trenta has gotten buzz on Twitter and Facebook, and a Starbucks Gossip reader says a friend just got back from Phoenix, where they were demoing a Trenta iced cup.

I think they should just lobby Obama to legalize liquid crack cocaine. He'd be into it. I know he'd be into it.

Your Say

It won't be a hot coffee because you can't keep that much coffee warm long enough to drink it in a paper or plastic cup.

Iced coffee is not that big a deal. I routinely do 30 oz iced coffees in the summer.

I do it the right way. I brew coffee fresh, add sugar while it is still hot so the sugar can dissolve, and cool it in the fridge so it won't dissolve too much ice. Fill the 30 oz "iced tea" glass with ice cubes, and poor in the now cold sweetened coffee. Add some milk or half and half.

Usually the glass has about 16 oz of coffee in it, the rest being ice and milk. Very refreshing in the afternoon. I don't get over caffeinated but, I am not very sensitive to caffeine anymore, having burned out the c affine receptors in my salad days.

Excellent method. I'm doing it your way from now on.

I was wondering what had taken the place of cocaine as God's #1 sign that you were making too much money. Now I know.

Heck, The Dude in The Big Lebowski lived on White Russians. The Starbucks concoction's missing the fun part.

I'm still missing the World Cup. There aren't too many other sporting events where there seems to be something exciting happening on an almost daily basis for an entire month.
