Stop the Whining About "It Can't Be Repealed"

This sort of talk needs to stop.
Remember, there is no precedent for this bill and how it was passed against the will of the people, and we should not imagine that any precedent about not repealing entitlements would hold, either. As I've said several times, we are in uncharted waters. Let's try not to lose either our compass or our celestial navigation. -- neo-neocon

Unfortunately, everyone seems to be using GPS (Government Positioning System) now...

Jeepers. Can't we whine a little? It's only been like 12 hours or something and already the whining about the whining. Can I do anything anymore? Jeepers.
Okay. Done whining about the whining about the whining.

"Passed against the will of the people", eh? Wrong. Passed according to the will of the people, as expressed by duly elected representatives of that people in Congress.

The time to stop the health care bill, if a majority of Americans wanted it stopped, was last November. It's a bit late to whine now.

Of course it can be repealed. If the majority of the electorate is as angry and determined as is alleged then repeal is close to a certainty. If they are not then repeal is not.

Fletcher: Impeaching Clinton was done according to the will of the people, if this was done according to the will of the people.

Authorization of Use of Military Force in Iraq was done according to the will of the people, if this was done according to the will of the people.

Bush v. Gore was duly decided according to our evolving standards of justice, decency, and equal treatment under the law...if this was done according to the will of the people.

Congress is a committee just like any other. They botch it just as often. Come to think of it, maybe the Soros & gang propaganda war against the Iraq invasion, should be our model here. No quarter. No prisoners. Scorched-earth. It's worth it.

It will be difficult to repeal, but not impossible. To think otherwise would be like believing that there still is a Berlin Wall and a Soviet Union, or, for that metter and closer to home: Prohibition.

Go Fletch yourself. We're never giving up. If you have such a strong desire to be a slave of the state, why don't you go to the EU?
