As old as I am, and I am old, the Constitution has been in exile for my entire life, Franklin Roosevelt (may his name be blotted out), had beaten it to within an inch of its life before I was born. When I was a child in elementary school, Earl Warren (may his name be blotted out) sent the Constitution into exile, crippled and penniless.
Just as Shekinah (the divine presence in this world) has been in exile since the destruction of the Beit HaMikdash (the Holy Temple in Jerusalem), and will be restored to Her rightful place. So the Constitution shall be restored.
