Hey, All He Did Was Chop Her Head Off
The cable TV executive accused of beheading his wife in Orchard Park last year now claims he was the one humiliated and abused. Through his new lawyer, Muzzammil S. "Mo" Hassan claimed Friday that he was a "battered spouse" who was left emotionally out of control by the constant abuse his wife inflicted on him.
Hassan's lawyer, Frank M. Bogulski, called the legal defense the first of its kind in the country.
"The spouse was the dominant figure in this relationship," Bogulski told a reporter afterward. "He was the victim. She was verbally abusive. She had humiliated him."These are the times that make you want to behead lawyers like the aptly named "Bogulski." I mean does it ever happen that these shysters enter these pleas and the judge just looks at him and says, "Hey, Bogulski, go fuck yourself and the client you rode in on?" [HT: Jihad Watch]

As we've learned in the years since 9/11, all Muslim men are victims of something or someone. That's why that "tiny minority" engages in that negative (that's not too strong or judgemental a term, is it) behavior.

Sometimes--hell, who am I kidding? most times--I hate lawyers, really despise them; they're all sophists and charlatans. Lawyers were able to make 12 otherwise relatively sane people disbelieve the evidence of their own senses and believe that Rodney King controlled his own beating from a prostrate position on the sidewalk. (I'll bet King can melt steel with a stray thought and "make pretty women talk out of their head".) Our enemies learn that we stupid Americans can be convinced of total bullshit and they use it against us. Fuck them all.
