If Obama were wise (which he ain't) he would have appointed Napolitano head of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Once there, she (he?) could have performed all the overnight and weekend inspections of women's prisons she could have ever dreamed of. Just imagine..."how's that bunk sister.....Big 'ol Janet is here to try it out with you...." Strip searches? You bet! Lengthy late-night bull sessions on power tools and flannel shirts? Done!
