About that "non-terrorist" terrorist:Police arrived to find Woodson wearing a bullet-proof vest and carrying an assault rifle that bulged beneath his green, military-style jacket, the story says. As a police officer questioned him, he ran out of the store and into a neighboring trailer park, according to the article.
