Worst Cover of "Hey Jude" in Known Space: Wilson Pickett & The Bee Gees

Starts wrong and gets worse.

Your Say

Wow.

I especially enjoyed the Bee Gee on the right, the ugly one, dancing as if having some type of epileptic fit. Reminds me of Elaine from that Seinfeld episode, just stop already dude.

Man, always hated that song, didn’t think I could actually hate it more, huh.

Yep. It was a real soul hootenanny.

I'm with you, Tim; always despised that tune, especially the interminable ending, however, video aside, I actually prefer it to the Beatles.

Man, I liked it. Wilson Pickett was great!!

The Bee Gees however, well, what can we say? Let me try: the impression that you get of the Bee Gees now? That is pretty much the impression that everyone had of the Bee Gees back then...

Oh my. I watched it again. It was so remarkably bad I had to see it twice. Poor old Wilson Pickett - he could have done an OK job on his own, but the BeeGees are just...ugh, there aren't words to describe the level of feeling I have for them and their polyester-clad, blowdried hair, rhinestone studded ilk.

Wolfman Jack was the special sauce on the fecal sandwich.
