I guess I'm not one of the cool kids as I'm not on Twitter and don't read anyone else's tweets. It just seems like something that we'll move past rather quickly, so why bother?
The Big Woof site is, predictably, filled with posters who cut and paste their way to the 1400 character minimum, and a fair amount of it profane. There's a statement there somewhere.
But as I have been in the--shall I say--"AARP demographic" for some time now, I was thinking about coming up with a Twitter takeoff for older folks. Call it "Tooter". Every time someone pulls my finger, I'd share some emanation of mine...a "Toot".
