Bill would give president emergency control of Internet
They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft of S.773 (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The liberals are waging war on America and those that refuse to recognize this are giving them aid and comfort. Just because it's too terrible to believe doesn't change the fact that it is true. There's no honor in being the last Jew in the rail car to recognize what is happening.

Presidents have been usurping the power of Congress for decades now. It is about time the American people and Congress developed the back bone to stand up and say, "No more!" And then take back the power lily livered Congresscritters let go by default. And its about time amiable dunce successors to large fortunes, such as Jay Rockefeller, get thrown out of government on their a$$es.
