Dhimmi slumber broken and all are wide awake, I hope.

I wonder if he is a convert?

Posted by: Jewel at July 22, 2011 1:25 PM

Jewel -- why would you expect that? I mean yes, I would expect healthy people to awake - but from prior experience I'd be surprised to get a grumpy sleepy toss and turn before pulling the covers back over the head.

I can hope -- I hope for Holger Danske Vagner ( http://gatesofvienna.blogspot.com/2006/12/twelfth-viking.html ) , I hope for the spirit of berserkergang to arise, in Scandinavia and across our civilization.

But I expect a bleary mumble and the covers to be pulled back over the head. "No, no, sleep-a-bye baby, there's no such things as monsters..."

I recall, Erik, something said by Bosch Fawstin, the Avenging Apostate and Pigman himself, about the next Muslim terrorist to be a blue-eyed blond.

Thanks for the tip Jewel .. I look forward to reading that comic. Re; the rest of the days events, looks like it could work out to be = another example of being careful or at least more specific about what I'm hoping for!

Slime and outrage: from Atlas Shrugs:

"Libelblogger Charles Johnson is claiming that the Norway shooter is a "Pamela Geller fan," and that he is actually Fjordman, whose articles I have published here at Atlas on occasion. He has persisted in this even though Fjordman is online tonight and clearly not under arrest. This shows how desperate Johnson is, and how low he will sink. In reality, the shooter is not Fjordman. I have met Fjordman, I know his identity, and he is not Anders Breivik. This is just a sinister attempt to tar all anti-jihadists with responsibility for this man's heinous actions."

~Pamela Geller.

This has all the hallmarks of a Reichstag.

This has all the hallmarks of a Reichstag.

Your comment has all the hallmarks of a person who will not grasp the fact that some white people are occasionally willing to commit mass murder.

Because we know, Craig, that people calling themselves White Christians have a long and storied history of committing mass-murder.

Something is rotten in the State next to Denmark about this case.

Anyone can use any belief to mix it with his personal madness for horrible effect. Anything can be twisted or taken too far, including conservative ideas, including Christianity. I know it usually isn´t "anything". If we look at the last 200 years only some very specific bad ideas caused mass death, and the type of American conservatism that venerates the constitution is not among them. Nor is Christianity. The major causes of terrorism in the last 50 years were the muslim world and the radical left. But that does not mean it will always and everywhere be so.

If I were a liberal I might say something like: Who knows what drove this Norwegian to feel that he was living in a society that was so unjust that it drove him to commit such horrible acts? But I´m not a liberal. I can deal with facts that are unpleasant. So please no conspiracy theories without hard evidence.
