Perhaps, dogs know more than than they understand, like rivers flowing to their ocean home.
Can it be that dogs are simply, grandly Love in form?

I come to American Digest only after reading the news and blogs that are often depressing and anxiety provoking, simply for the sense of wonder, and grace, and light that I find here.

I don't think we do deserve their unreserved love and devotion, yet we get it anyway.
