Interesting that you have the HAL9000 computer image up. "2001: A Space Odyssey" is on the tube now.

From the drawing. we are left to *assume* that the nameplate, lens and speaker are all centered horizontally as well as positioned vertically. A good drawing should *never* let manufacturing make decisions about how to build something.

No wonder HAL had problems.
