Global Warming to Destroy Universe

NASA's roving embarrassment James (Hockeypuck) Hansen stumps Kansas preaching fire and brimstone:

“If we don’t get this thing under control we are going to destroy the creation,” said James Hansen, who heads the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies and was one of the first scientists to raise the alarm about global warming in the 1980s." -NASA climate expert warns Kansans of dire consequences of global warming
I can see the Lesser Magellanic Cloud shivering in its core as the Great Satan, Global Warming, wrests control of all Creation from the hands of God. Somewhere in the higher realms of NASA, an executive is murmuring, "Will no one rid me of this vexsome priest?"

My, my ... Hansen is becoming hysterical. He's been doing his circus act since the '70's when he ran around crying Global Cooling!!!

Where is the evidence of this "climate change"? If anyone remembers, all this doom and gloom was based on the UN's IPCC models that predicted unstoppable increasing temperatures with increasing CO2 levels. Well ... those models have failed spectacularly.

The biggest influence on the earth's climate is totally ignored by these fascist goons that dare call themselves "scientists" ... the sun. These goons should be referred to as UN political officers and not scientists.

I wrote to my Representative and asked why Hansen hasn't been fired. He's a government official and uses his position to push his religion. No reply.

Poor, poor God. Laboring all this time under the false impression that HE was running shit. I guess he can chill out now that Hansen has confirmed that the fate of the entire universe is up to us after all. I feel...so powerful.

Hansen is the devil.

He wants us weaned off coal by 2030.

Sure. That should pretty much guarantee that with our diminished affordable energy supply we'll have become a third-world country while China soars ahead with cheap, dirty and abundant coal-fired plants.

This from the NYT:
http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/11/business/worldbusiness/11chinacoal.html?pagewanted=all

"Already, China uses more coal than the United States, the European Union and Japan combined. And it has increased coal consumption 14 percent in each of the past two years in the broadest industrialization ever. Every week to 10 days, another coal-fired power plant opens somewhere in China that is big enough to serve all the households in Dallas or San Diego."

You think I don't know that?

Dear Gerard,

Of course you do. Just a little tweak to see if you're paying attention.

Regards,
Roy
