CBS News' Dean Reynolds Has Questions. I've Got the Answer.

deanpoos.jpg
Reynolds: You know, the O-Plane smells like poo. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

An interesting note from the press corps shadowing Obama turned up today when CBS News' Dean Reynolds wrote a little item about the press getting dissed by the Obama campaign. It seems the O-Campaign's plane is

"cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time."
We're not even going to touch the question of whether or not saying the plane is stinky is racist. Reynolds also reveals that the O-campaign can't organize a schedule, that they snub

and blow off reporters at every turn, and, in general, don't seem to be able to run anything other than their mouths. At the height of his pique, Reynolds writes, plaintively,

"I would love to have someone from Obama's campaign explain why the entire press corps, the Secret Service, and the local police idled for two hours in a Miami hotel parking lot recently because there was nothing to do and nowhere to go. It was not an isolated case."
Dean, Dean, Dean, unfortunate lad, you need to understand something what the Obama camp now understands about you and your ilk at this point.

What Obama and his folks know now, beyond a shadow of a doubt, is that when it comes to their press corp camp followers on all levels, the old saying is true. That old saying is... pay attention Dean...

"You can't insult a whore."
As for being consigned to spend your days in a plane that is "cramped, uncomfortable, and smells terrible".... well, that's sort of what life is like when you crawl up inside somebody's ass, isn't it? Posted by Vanderleun at October 8, 2008 8:30 PM | TrackBack

Sir -

I have nothing more to say. That post was absolute perfection.

Thanks for the laugh!

Well said.

Of course, they'd never get it. Useful idiots.

Of course they treat the media like crap - they're not considered to be anything other than "indentured servants" by the DNC - not a single degree from Harvard in the bunch. One doesn't treat commoners - bought-and-paid-for media gutter crawlers - like one would a "True Believer in Change". Why, they just aren't trustworthy - look at the stuff they've been making up.

You want to really find out how much things "stink"? Wait until you media idiots manage to get Barack Hussein Obama elected - you'll be some of the first bunch that get tossed under the bus as he replaces the inferior hired help with the True Faithful, recruited from posters at dKos. Those guys BELIEVE what they post - there won't be any more of this "just making stuff up" once the REAL faithful take over...

When you fail to develop an internal compass and allow your need for the things of the world to drive you, you set yourself on this path. Whore is probably a too-generous comparison for what most of the media have become.

What a bitter, sad day for the formerly-respected profession of "reporter."

Clearly, his opinions get edited out before the reports from the O campaign reach Katie Couric's mouth.

Why bother spending time or money on progressives who would support you even if you loosed hungry rats on them? "Americans. You spit in their face and they call it dew." -- Nikita Khrushchev.
