It's been said that once the founder has left a firm that firm develops a personality directly opposed to his. Let us pray this happens with Microsoft.

I'm not too hopeful. When I was a contractor for EDS it felt like Ross Perot had left his permanent mark on the company, and I wasn't even at one of their "real" locations.
