The handful of people you saw dancingg were dancing because the cameracrew filming them had told them that Ariel Sharon had died, the then prime minister of Israel. They were NOT dancing because of 9/11. Check the full story next time and get your facts straight, preferably not from Fox News, the so-called "fair and balanced" media-outlet.
