The Bright Ideas and Disturbing Mind of Graham Rawle

Bright%20ideas%205%20GPS%20120.jpg

What is it about Brits like Graham Rawle? Is it something in the water of the Thames? Is it something in the fifth of "Six of the best"? Is it because the beer is warm and the toast cold? Whatever it is, it turns out a steady stream of brilliantly daft litArts like Rawle, whose page is loaded with other "bright ideas."

[For another incarnation of the GPS phenomena, see "The Bitch." ]

Update: A reader comments that it does not seem disturbing enough on Rawle's page. Perhaps. But consider this Mobile Mobile

And then this page from his current magnum opus, The Wizard of Oz, done with dolls:

Seems to me there's a scarlet thread of dementia powering this brain.

I was only able to read through to December 23, 2009, when he said, "Don't leave the duck there. It's totally irresponsible. Put it on the swing, it'll have much more fun."

After that it was just a lot of silly weeping for me.

It would figure that the man's wife is an enterprising American...she's selling t-shirts with his nocturnalfications on them.
