That's an old video, but never too old.

Then there's the inverse of that scene. The one where the "boy" is the one returning to his Dad, and the Dad ballin his eyes out.

Age doesn't seem to change the emotion. I've welcomed and cried for my Daddy when he came back from Nam. We both cried when I came back from Grenada, and I will ball my eyes out when my son returns from Aghanistan.

They are all the same tears. Passed on with love.

Gerard came home. He came home when the Towers Fell and we knew it when he began this site. And he made me cry when I read about it here. Welcome home.
