Someone Wonderful: Just the Very Best Thing You Will See All Week on the Internets

Now THIS is how you tell a story. I found it at Sippican's who sums it the narrative here with; Cute As All Get-Out Right Out Of The Gate, Transitions Smoothly Into Das Kapital, Morphs Into A Tarantino Flick, Runs Roughshod Over Alighieri, Pivots Smartly Into Stephen King, Touches Briefly On Tolkein, Leaves The Grimms In The Dust. Ta da! Fin

And very well done, so that the little cutie-pie in the video clip is right across from the monster in the sidebar.

Now, being somewhat normal (I guess), I root for the little girl and wonder what happened to the little boy that became the monster in the sidebar?

The monster needs to be destroyed (maybe the lady with the orange ring can do that) but what made the little boy turn into the monster?

That really must be destroyed.

Hating children and puppies is a sure sign that a person or a culture is just wrong from the get-go.

That is my totally biased opinion and everyone is welcome to it.

That little girl has the biggest eyes I've ever seen! And to think she is French! There was an awful lot of violence in that story. Good thing she wasn't born in Oklahoma or she'd be in lock down.

Priceless.

Yet when I tell that story people yawn and turn away.

My God, the kid's a genius. Probably not yet 5 years old, and she can already speak French....

I'm glad her mom put this back up. I saw it a number of years ago and the criticism was getting too hot for her after she first posted it, so things must have settled down for her. And Rob...this sweetie pie speaks English, too. She has a wonderful mother. Capucine must be about 8 by now.

Jewel,

I have no doubt she has a wonderful mother after watching that. I've already forwarded that vid to several people as the perfect illustration of how little girls break their fathers' hearts, and cause them to understand why they were born male.

Any man who wouldn't immediately armor up to protect and nurture that mother and daughter oughta just turn in his testicles. Gorgeous.

Gerard, I believe you've discovered the next Sundance documentarian; assuming she can be properly assimilated during her formative years.

I posted it several years ago, Rob, when it was just produced, and then the poor mother practically shut her vimeo account down. Some of the rhetoric against her was just nasty. I don't think she possibly knew that her child would go viral when she posted it, but she's up and gone viral again, and if you haven't seen her other videos, they are just as lovely and whimsical. Capucine has an older brother, too.
Their mother takes the ordinary and makes it extraordinary.

She's clearly tripping. haha. There is nothing better than a child's innate sense of wonderment and imagination which enables them to produce a character who is "allergic to magic". haha! What a rare treat and an especially rare treat considering this particular child's stage presence and delivery. So thank you, merci beaucoup, for resharing! I confess, as her story unfolded, I completely forgot it began as a Tigger and Pooh adventure. haha. She has a brilliant future ahead of her as long as she retains her natural charm and wit, not to mention those beautiful eyes!
