"And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it."

Today, my 101-year old mother is giving me her Christmas present for the 101st time. This. No, not at Cambridge but at Chico California.

The real gift is seeing it with her.

"Behold, I tell you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. (I Corinthians 15: 51-52) "

That is truly something wonderful. God bless you both this Christmas, Gerard.

God bless you and your mom. To make it to 101 is a thing to behold.

Each time you introduce her to us it makes me smile, and reflect, can I be as good a son.

Mom passed away in April, and I scattered her ashes in the sea this last October. This is my first Christmas without any parents. It makes me sad. Thank God for my wife. Just having her with me is everything in the world.
Thank you, Gerard for all you share with us throughout the year. Our lives would be much the poorer with out you. Merry Christmas and God bless.

While we are bewailing the too little, too late efforts to save the greatest civilization ever created, enjoy some of its finer fruits.

But keep the First Lady of South Carolina, Little Linda Graham well clear of the boys in Red dresses.

Bit long on the Honky's, don't ya think?

And another thing.
Think of the time, effort, coordination, dedication and talent it takes to produce this thing.

Only the white European based societies can produce such a thing. It is, btw, a society that, created by white men, is the finest thing that women experience in the world.

Our culture used to know how to give thanks and praise to the Lord. This was one of the best. Now we are admonished just for saying "Merry Christmas".

A hard rain is going to fall.

Mr. Vanderleun, I know you know how fortunate you are...but you have no idea how fortunate you are. Treasure every moment. And a very Merry Christmas to you and your amazing and most wonderful mom.

I'm so happy to know that your mother (quite the lady, she is) will be sharing another celebration with you. I thought it was quite something that mine lived a fairly full and happy life until 93, but my goodness - you surely have been blessed.

And your mother, too, I might add.
