He needs it to report a break in to the cops

Posted by: wildman at June 28, 2010 12:47 PM

Come on...give him a break. He's a minority.

Posted by: Blastineau at June 28, 2010 1:07 PM

Can't he just pay for it with credit, like everyone else?

Posted by: Russell at June 28, 2010 1:43 PM

True dedication, there.

Property is theft and all that. Illustrated.

Why are these thugs not treated like thugs?

They are middle class kids resorting to megavandalism in the name of "revolution" or something.

Just gun them down on sight if they resist. Otherwise, immediately arrest anyone who shows up for a demonstration wearing any kind of mask. If they resist, gun them down. Enough already.

this photo illustrates just how immoral and irrational these folks are:

to these "protestors"

the folks who
hire scientists and designers

to design the stuff

and then hire workers
to make the stuff

and who hire salesman to wholesale the stuff to retailers

who hire sales clerks and pay rent to sell the stuff

to people who choose to buy the stuff

are "EVIL CAPITALISTS & BAD GUYS",

but the leftist pieces of crap and postmoderist dupes who vandalize the stores and steal it

are a CLASS WARFARE HEROES.

they're truly insane. and evil.

It would be entertaining to send some of these white-bread, middle class brats someplace where anarchy really reigns. Like the Congo.

Posted by: Eric Blair at June 28, 2010 3:34 PM

But - but - but, in Canada there are strict gun laws and free healthcare!!

Posted by: sherlock at June 28, 2010 4:17 PM

Live by anarchy, die by it, then. Shoot them on site. Shoot enough of them, and they will learn their lesson well. Hang 'em high in the public square...without their hoods. These people really are hoodlums.

I don't understand the mentality. If he wants to smash and grab like that, why not behave like other leftists and run for office?

Posted by: Gagdad Bob at June 28, 2010 5:12 PM

Bah. You want to protest? Fine. Go right ahead. You have that freedom in Canada. But the moment you start smashing windows is the time you should be shot. Stealing afterwards? Shot repeatedly.

Ungrateful spoiled little shits.

"Black Bloc" = Brownshirts without the discipline or snappy uniforms.

I can just hear Celine Dion..."let them touch those things for once". /sarc

Thieves are thieves.

The NYTimes is already complaining about police brutality. Personally, I am in favor of live ammo. A couple of uses of live ammo, and this whole thing will go away.

Bring in the canons - water canons, that is. Wash 'em down the street. Roll 'em like logs in a river. Let them taste the power of.....high pressure water! Would be a cleansing experience for all.

Y'all are treating mere symptoms. The cure?

Hold the next G-8/G-20 in Dallas or Houston.

Do you really think those punks would get much further than the first broken window or two before Texas shop owners put a rather sudden end to the mayhem?

Hell, we'd have to sell tickets and set a bag limit!

"Eric Blair" and Jim are on to something. Eric has the question, Jim has the answer. But Jim's answer is backwards. The protesters aren't the problem. The notion that 20 heads of rapacious governments getting together to concert new and effective methods of plunder are going to solve today's economic troubles is the problem. How much better to skip such empty gestures. But the press must have something easy and pleasant to cover, as opposed to asking tough questions e.g. Why doesn't The One waive the Jones Act and EPA regs and let foreigners help with the cleanup, down in the Gulf? Nope, that's too much like work, and any journalist rash enough to do so anyway will forfeit any cushy slot in an Obama bailout of the heavenly choirs.

So let's turn Jim's solution on its head: hold the next G20 summit in Sudan, or the Congo, or even Venezuela. I'd gladly cough up taxpayer dough to ship the protesters there, so they can learn what real oppression is. As Jim says, we could sell a lot tickets to that show.

Trying to do this crap in a "revolutionary" place like Chàvez's glorious heaven would have them gunned down. Great reality TV, "Central America's Funniest Home Videos".

Posted by: Vermont Woodchuck at June 29, 2010 6:01 AM

Why not hold the next G20 in Caracas Venezuela, Havana Cuba, or Pyongyang North Korea? The thugs will have their first real experience with a "Workers' Paradise" and if they break windows and loot stores there, local law enforcement will resolve the problem with live ammunition! That will have a beneficial effect for those western nations which host subsequent G20 conferences by reducing the incidence of thuggery (and the number of thugs)!

Aquila said: "Black Bloc" = Brownshirts without the discipline or snappy uniforms.

...But with 100% of the trust-funded buggery.

Does this dipstick really think that what is in the display window is a real working phone?
