It. Gets. Worse.

dailyfront.jpg

Remember when it was an offense to God Himself and proof positive that the president and the administration were incompetent boobs when gas prices spiked during the Bush years? Yeah, me neither.

I don't have a lot of use for gasoline these days so I only buy about one tank a month. Today was the day to refill Big Red. When I did this last month the cost was a little north of $60. Today, $85.

It. Gets. Worse.

Yeah, me too. Last fill up gas was $2.89/gal. That was what Jan. 34th or sumpthin'. I' only drive about twice a week and then maybe 15 miles.
At this rate, the Xterra will produce enough pollution to gas the Bamster's Administration with some left over for the EPA.

Look on the bright side! After your taxes go up, you'll have less money to spend on gas, so you'll actually be saving money. Brilliant!

My husband turned down a job because it would have required a lot of driving, and when he calculated the cost of getting there to the amount of work, he would have spent more in fuel than the job itself was worth.
