"1984? Oh, that's just so 20th century."

I like to update the old memes from time to time. Just for fun. Tonight....

Why is Sammy Kaye on that poster?

Just read 1984 last month (again). It's soooo real & a must read for young people along with others.

Just read another book just out that's a must read cause it's about each of us & possibly our true destiny in life. It's a thriller about Americans finally taking a stand against federal tyranny (kind of like the colonies & King George III). It's what I'm giving out this holiday cause it's that good.

I understand th Hastings book store has had their biggest sales for copies of the US Constitution & Bill of Rights (possibly before the 11/02) so people are becoming more political astute. Good article! Thanks!

Read Anthem, by Ayn Rand. Less doom, less gloom, and the incandescent light bulb wins the day.

The Totalitarian Tendency of Government is on full display with Wikileaks

"State Department spokeswoman Nicole Thompson insisted the warning wasn’t an official Department directive but added that making public comments or posting links to WikiLeaks content wasn’t “a good move for any US citizen.”

Y'know, my initial reaction to Julian Assange was that he is a very repellent character, but I kind of like where he is going with this. If I go down, you go down with me, he is telling the established order. He's got big balls for an effeminate Aussie.

"...he is telling the established order."...[]"
WSM, so right, except the 'established' world wide order is the "HMS Pinafore" and "The Mikado" playing simultaneously on the statecraft stage.

Pomp and buffoonery, some even go so far as to costume themselves. Why this is almost as good as our Congress.

As much as many prognosticators and so-called experts are saying President Obama is going to have a tough time getting re-elected, the reality of the situation is that President Obama will get re-elected against almost any potential GOP challenger.

However, one candidate cannot be over-looked. If we learned anything from 2008, we should've learned that organization and social media skills are paramount to a campaign. No one is actually going to "come out of nowhere". To become the most powerful person in the world, you have to build quite an organization. That's why only one person has a chance to beat President Obama in 2012.

This will make it all clear:

Mitt Romney. You're kidding, right?

No one, NO ONE, who wears The Secret Mormon Underpants can be elected POTUS. Then again I was certain that no one with the middle name of Hussein could be elected, so what do I know.

The Revolution of 2012 starts in August of that year because no one wearing American made underwear is running.

The election will be canceled.
