A clever grand jury would wait until Thursday evening to announce. Cold weather's coming, a high of 36 dropping down to 23 at night. It ain't gonna be a long hot winter.

Peaceful protest is one thing, but rioters should be met with force. I'd recommend snipers to take down the rabble-rousers, followed up by automatic weapons fire from pre-situated emplacements. 30mm chain gun fire from helicopters would also be a help. There's nothing like a hundred dead bodies with blood running in the gutters to make a mob think twice.

Of course, that won't happen. No matter what the circumstances, the Angry Negro must not be offended, disrespected, or denied. I'd be curious to see a tally of what the damages and the cost to business this manufactured event has been so far.
