The Japanese. Nuked Too Much or Sleeping with the Fish?

Fisherman Call is a free service. All you have to do is register online and provide your name, phone number and the time you would like to be called by the fisherman. You can even select a specific fisherman from several profiles listed online. You can see a picture of each one of the available fishermen, check out their work schedule and even listen to a recording of their voice to see if it’s the first thing you want to hear in the morning. Then, all you have to do is go to sleep.

Boy: Hello…

Fisherman: Morning! How are you feeling this fine day?

Boy: Good, thanks. Are you on a boat right now?

Fisherman: Yeah, I woke up at three and came out to sea.

Boy: Th… three?!?!

Fisherman: We caught a huge fish this morning, I’ll send you a picture.

Boy: Thank you!

I think that's nice.

Yea, I'm with pbird, I actually think this is rather neat.

I could see this being expanded for other occupations, people who bust their ass so we can be feed, walk the street safely at night and sleep peacefully in our beds.

It would provide youngsters, and children of all ages, with an idea of what goes into these people's jobs and give them an appreciation for it, so to either want to grow up and become that or even to make them do better in school so as to not have to do that job.

I wouldn't mind talking to a fisherman myself right now. "Really!?! Please send me a picture of THAT!!!"

@tim, that fisherman conned you, it wasn't a deep sea bass, it was a one eyed trouser trout
