The Cold War lasted over 40 years. The CIA failed to report that most of the country was basically Third World. And it stilll is.

OSHA and the Coast Guard would not like this-no life jackets or safety belts. You have to give credit to the operators; great precision and an innovative approach to getting the job done with limited resources. Gives new meaning to the term "bucket brigade".
