Just Another Political Hack On the Campaign Trail : #HackingHillary
There's frustration apparent in Kaine's claps after thekoffing attack begins (see 53 seconds in, specifically). His is an intensity almost to the point of being violent. He doth protest too much. He knows she's not well.
Imagine if she's hit with one of these fits during the debates. Trump will interject in the midst of her coughing fit with something like, "She's unfit to be president, literally. I've said for a long time--and many other people have said--she doesn't have the strength or the stamina to be president. You see this, folks? She needs to go take a nap. Who thinks we should stop this debate so she can go take a nap?"

Trump would be savvy enough not to kick her when she's down. He'll show pity. Far more devastating.

It happens 'all of a sudden' such that your nose starts to run, and you have a fit of coughing. Somehow the lungs start to drip liquid, and there you go. I think it is a sign of congestive heart failure. Given her weight:height ratio, she is obese, which causes an extra load on the old pump, and it can get over-stressed, thus the problems climbing stair, the loss of consciousness, and dizziness on standing.(she fell & got a concussion, thus the Fresnel eyeglasses for a while)
My bet: heart & blood pressure. $5 to win.

Hillary's health doesn't matter. She's just a placeholder for the Establishment, another example of Clint Eastwood's empty chair. This election will tell us if the progs have finally imported/subverted enough of the population to give them permanent control of the national executive.
In retrospect, Obama in 2012 wasn't a good test because of the Sacred Negro factor.
