You're correct, of course. What seems to be missed, however, is the collusion of the "man" in the video. I've been ranting for over 40 years that this crap would be cleared up in one generation if boys could be taught to stand up for themselves. The notion that men can't survive without women is a foul canard foisted upon the populace by television, and nothing else.

Just say "No," kids. You won't die if you do without. There'll never be worthwhile women until you demand them.

I laughed.

I didn't see great political ramifications within the video, I just saw some humor.

I've had that conversation with the wife.

I'm with Mike. I too have had those conversations. And the "look" the man has? How many of us guys have found ourselves with that look on our face when dealing with utter, PMS-driven irrationality?

My ex-wife would have looked like a pincushion if she was used in this video. Hellraiser, yeah that's it!!

I acquiesce to gynelogic on occasion. It just makes life easier.

This reminds me of the scene in "White Men Can't Jump" when Gloria complains she is thirsty.

Gynelogic? I'm stealing that term. Hunt me down if you must but I'm stealing it. The word is beautiful in it's perfection.

And that's why the world is filled with putative adult females who are emotionally 9 years old.

Rob's point is valid; just don't acquiesce to the BS. My wife tried that with me, I told her to find a girlfriend to listen to her. Men fix things, it's a Y-chromosome thing.
