Internet Mosh Pits I Am Ignoring for the Moment

wtfthisshit.jpg1) Joe Lieberman - fate thereof. Joe, when the going gets DemDumb, undumb Dems get going.

2) The endless muck suck by former "aides" to Sarah Palin.

3) That video of the slop-talking, brain-dead elementary school teacher trying to pass on her disease to the kids in her "care." Fire and forget.

4) The neck and neck Speedo pose-off between Andrew Sullivan and Keith Olbermann for "First Lewinski" role in the forthcoming docudrama, The Admin of O. (Got to admit that, in purely technical terms, Sullivan's got the hot hand in this one, but Olbermann's sucking up fast from the rear.)

5) The frothing stomach-churning buzzkill sweeping Woodstock Nation as more and more Obamacons realize that the 56 million Americans who voted against Obama are not going to be easily persuaded to join the Borg. Plus, they vote. Double-plus, they're re-organizing. Triple-plus, they're armed and sending Mission Packs of ammo to each other for the holidays.

6) Any wisp of an iota of a scintilla of a jot that Mike Huckabee will be stumping in Iowa this month.

7) Any auto-fellationist "Greater Good" revisionism from the press about how the press was the national savior in our recent "difficulties." (With a note to self to get back to doing what little I can to help kill these parasites now that their oxygen from the Election ad budgets has been shut off. Joke: "What do you call a journalist in New York City starting in February of 2009?" "Waiter!")

8) Pretty much any story with enough grease on its groin to ooze its way onto memeorandum. For now.

Off topic, but FYI: Live webcast of Van Morrison performing tonight at the Hollywood Bowl at 8:00.

Hurrah for #7. The real story of the Press is that it is power-mad and seeks to rule. Witness the sudden spate of true stories in the NYT and Evan Newsweek's admission he worries about Obama's Cult of Personality. Media: we build up only to tear down, and we're in charge here.

Me too. I'm in a self-imposed media blackout. Only reading the Belmont Club and American Digest, although I will follow links which lead me to places I would rather not encourage.

Fat lot of good it will do, from Canada no less. But I do hope that the fifty million or so Americans who did not vote for Obama are doing similar things.

There's a lot of work to be done, in Canada also. The entrenched political philosophy of the left, via Trudeau in Canada is difficult if not impossible to defeat.

May I say you are a beautiful writer. I've been moved to tears more than once.

Good idea. Blogging about the Indoctrination Witch turned out to be wholly unsatisfying. I'm finding sitemeter search criteria pretty entertaining though. Poi(Case)nt.

Yeah, I know. Sophomoric. Crass. Etc. It's about the only thing that seems capable of washing that nasty taste out of my mouth. Or, as someone emailed yesterday, erasing that feeling that I woke up Wednesday in a bathtub full of ice with a note taped to the phone: "Call 1-800-I Votd 6x".

Not impossible to defeat. Impossible to defeat under current conditions.

Thanks for the excellent articles.

OT, Van Morrison changed his mind.

"Sorry!

KCRW is sorry to announce that we will not be broadcasting Van Morrison’s concert tonight from the Hollywood Bowl. We worked tirelessly to make it happen, but in the end, piracy concerns on behalf of the artist trumped the technological advances that made it possible in the first place."

Don't blame me, I voted for the old, white, rich, sick cripple.

It's all about #5.

Bad news: The NYT has, once again, revealed classified information about our ops against Al Qaeda.

Good news: The NYT will never be able to pull these shenanigans more than once under an Obama Administration. Why? Because His Majesty will immediately send the following friendly note, on White House letterhead, to Pinch Sulzberger:

"NICE PAPER YOU HAVE THERE. HATE TO SEE ANYTHING HAPPEN TO IT."
