Movie Lines Said With No Conviction At All #1,245

In which Peter Sellers actually says, "She's are not my patient. Get dressed pleased." Yeah, right.

Found at Here’s Looking Like You, Kid who remarks:

I'm not sure wearing black hose with a peach ensemble is recommended; but when the woman is Sophia Loren -- and those black stockings are attached to the garters of a black corset --€“ just who is going to complain? - Seduce Like The Millionairess With An Accessorized Corset
And, yes, I know I'm weak for posting this. Still, I thought other weak readers might also enjoy it. Am I so wrong?

This just might be the post-O theme I've been looking for. What do you think? Take the poll after the jump.

Should hot babes in vintage lingerie be a recurring theme at AD?
Nyet. Only current Victoria Secrets babes.
Never. I come here for "The Intellectuals' Drudge Report"
Yes! Yes! Oh, God, Yes!

Where's the option for "Any hot babe in any lingerie?" That's my vote.

I don't want to sound mean-spirited, but those scrawny yet stuff-chested bimbettes at Victoria's Secret are not worthy to be on the same page with Sophia Loren. If all those bountiful curves don't make you men delirious with joy and light-headed, you need to see a doctor (the head kind).

Ah for the days when women didn't all run around dressed in sneakers, jeans and t-shirt. Hosiery is sexy. Tatoos are not. Maybe that dates me.

You can post this kind of trivia only if you post a) pix of hot hunky guys; and b) cat photos as good as Sisu's.

Consider yourself obsolete, JWM.

A little glamor goes a long way - and tatoos on women are just icky.

So I also am as obsolete as a P-40.

Yes, Yes, from me.

It takes more than looks. If the lady has no class, it's just an advert for overpriced lycra.

*woot* Sophiahhhhh...

Oh, and the early mark Curtiss P40's might have been obsolete when the shooting got under way in earnest, but then you have to admit that the E mark was a tremendous improvement over the B, and that with proper training it was much better than nothing.

Oops. Now who is obsolete...?

Yes. Because I'm closer to ape than intellectual.
What are your thoughts on Muslim babes in see-through burqas?

We both are, Tmj.

And yes, the later models were vast improvements over the earlier models.

The Museum at Dayton is worth visiting, especially for the filmclip of P-35's in the Phillippines (and they were still wearing Swedish Air Force markings, which makes a weird visual with the palm trees in the background).
