Text and Sub-Text at the Drudge Report

drudgemessage.jpg

There are some days when I could swear Matt Drudge was trying to say something without saying anything.

I like to think
     (it has to be!)
of a cybernetic ecology
where we are free of our labors
and joined back to nature,
returned to our mammal
brothers and sisters,
and all watched over
by machines of loving grace.

Ann Althouse has often posted on the way Drudge arranges photographs, 'Drudge-taposition' she calls it, and asks what others think he is saying by doing so.

And Matt Drudge, in my opinion, is a genius news editor by the way he has everything laid out. I am happy the old guard of the MSM is too proud to learn from him.
