Nine years ago on this day I wrote my first DaveNet essay. This was the first of a rapid string of epiphanies that led to this one: I can publish my own ideas. I don't have to wait for anyone else to get it.Nor wait for anyone else to edit it. At least, he didn't claim to have invented it.
His epiphany for today is:
"One of the things I miss most about living on the West Coast is the ability to call people on the East Coast at 5AM. "
Rumors a petition is being circulated in the Blogsphere to Recall Dave Winer are probably untrue.
