"Americans voted for 'change' in the last election. They didn't vote for 'surrender. " A bookend to the video of Penn Jillette is this hard jolt of sense from Pat Condell. He lays out how the forces of darkness now are chipping away at the First Amendment.
"Let's hope the truth becomes fashionable again before too long.

We frequently travel from central to northwest Ohio where the Muslim community has erected a mosque at a major confluence of highways. You can't miss it. The minarets look like poised rockets. They dominate the landscape for miles. A few days after 9/11 the broad community of Toledo gathered around it holding hands. PC crap.
I don't find it a welcoming landmark. Quite the contrary.

Cathy,
Maybe the minarets are rockets. Didn't you see Men in Black?
Anyways, we should be importing lots of Pat Condells.

Posted by: james wilson at October 23, 2009 11:35 AMSurely Pat Condell knows that the 1st and 2nd amendments have already been diluted and are under an ever growing attack from the current administration.
