Happy One Hundredth, Julia. Bon Appetit!

Julia Child Remixed: PBS Digital Studios has released Julia Child Remixed: Keep On Cooking, the third remix video in a series by melodysheep of Symphony of Science. This one is a tribute to Julia Child, who would have turned 100 on August 15, 2012, that “celebrates her wisdom, wit & superb kitchen skills”.

This is wonderful! Her voice was always musical, and her passion for simply good food was a gift to America. Her good humor would have enjoyed this, too. Made my morning and I thank you!
