Some of it gets agreement because of the condition of local government. Other parts no. School taxes should go with the student. Public schools are a mess, they're not going to be fixed with money. If that was true we would have the best education system in the world.
School loans should be cut off. Government and banks have created a business of indoctrination via 'studies' courses that have no relevancy in the real world. Tax dollars paying for crap.
Section 8 housing here in SC has people making triple digit incomes living in them because of the way the laws are written to prevent eviction.

But if there were somewhere between 30 million and 40 million without coverage before the ACA. And the ACA added between six million and eight million people, does that mean it is a monumental failure since between 20 million and 30 million or so are STILL without health insurance? Oh, that's right. Not supposed to think about that. Or, better still, not supposed to think.
