Yet More Democrat Child Abuse

kidsno.jpg

"Third-grader Jazmien Sparks, center, 9, holds her head in her hands as she listens to US Rep. Dan Kildee, D-Flint Twp., as he announces plans to introduce a comprehensive legislative package in Congress to help reduce violent crime on Feb. 19 at Pierce Creative Arts Elementary School in Flint, Mich." - - Daily Life

You have to wonder about a school, a teacher, and a politician who collude in exposing 9 year olds to such a tendentious spewing of half-baked blather. What possible interest would a 9 year old have in such an abstract chunk of political preening? An adult who cannot to perceive that children have no frame of reference for this sort of posturing is an adult too spiritually limited and ethically corrupt to be allowed to be around children at all. An awake and civil society would require, by statute under pain of imprisonment, that such individuals remain, at all times, at a distance of 300 feet or more from all schools, playgrounds, and other places likely to attract children.

Imprisonment my ass, there's more than ample proof that accomplishes nothing and penalizes the citizens.

Strap em to the wheel, then they can work like draft animals or die by their own hands.

Stop coddling criminals, and they'll stop revolving through the prison doors.

That politician, like every single one a them, he talks like a man with a paper asshole.

I dunno, ghost, you suggestion is not cost-effective, gotta pay for the wheels and whips. My suggestion will show a cost of eight cents per round. Less if you line 'em up, do a double. Oh, and the diesel to run the Cats, cover 'em up. Would not consider the Soylent Green option — tainted meat, y'see. Landfill is a good thing.

At least BushHitler read a book that had pictures in it when he orchestrated the 9/11 attacks without anyone noticing.

When those kids get home, and their parents ask what the man said, they will respond "I dunno." And the entire exercise will be for naught, except to make kids remember how boring and annoying politicians are. Which I guess is a net positive.

There was a time when adults tried to shield children from the seamier side of life. Now we beam the seamier side directly into children's homes on TV at all hours of the day instead of reserving those shows to the night hours when kids are safely asleep in their beds. Many say that the days when kids were protected were the "bad old days" but I am not so sure.

Are you kidding me?
OK, EVERYBODY
Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmmm, Barak Husain Obama.

Apparently, there was little Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm, for The First Lady's lunch project.

Posted by: CaptDMO at March 11, 2014 1:54 PM

Ummmm.....whiskey tango? Why would anyone approach little school children with anything more advanced than "Hello, I am a US Congressman, and this is what I do." Add lots of pictures of the US Capitol and bask in the light with a bunch of little kids who are so happy that the spelling test was put over for a day.

Posted by: Mikey NTH at March 11, 2014 6:37 PM

Little children are very impressed with things - but they have to be the things that are in their world. Searching for 'pillbugs' in the shrubbery, sitting up-side-down on the couch - those sort of things. Health care? For a nine year old that means either a band-aid or a tetanus shot. Or in other words - things that you got to do because adults say so, but not interesting at all.

Don't any of these adults remember being a little kid and how inexplicable and wonderful the mundane is?*

The subtext here is the teacher's fawning approval of the Democrat representative. When the memory of the boredom with the rep's speech fades away, a residue of the memory of the attitude will remain, along with the rest of the quiet, day-to-day inculcation, whether intended or not, of admiration for the Democrat Party.

Simple answer, Dan needs to talk to people who don't talk back. Hence the kids. If he goes where there are grown ups he'll get asked questions he can't answer and get re elected.

They are going for the kids. Michelle with her exercise crap, the food police. Banned and required reading lists, the sex ed.

“When an opponent declares, ‘I will not come over to your side,’ I calmly say, ‘Your child belongs to us already… What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community.’“ - Adolf Hitler

Poor kids.
As a parent I would have been angry.

If I'm the parent of that child (and no one at the school informed me of a political talk beforehand) I would have gone to the school. I'd tell them as a parent I have a right to know what type of speakers, or activities outside of the norm the school has planned for my kid. I have every right to pull my kid out of class should I oppose the speaker. AND if I had known I would have.
A notice usually comes home in advance anyway--if it doesn't I would complain to the school. Really complain (but don't be a shrew). Be firm. Many schools think they know more than a parent. Don't let the school assume this. This emboldens them to more arrogance.

Umm,chasmatic? Where exactly is Adolph today?

Sorry to say, these earnest adults are boring. They were boring 40 years ago when I learned we would have no gasoline or trees when I became twenty and you know what - they were wrong.

So why should I believe that any of these kids will come out different from me? Why should they hear the dire predictions of doom and when the doom does not arrive say that they were lied to? I heard doom and when it didn't happen my thought was that I was lied to.

Why shouldn't many kids also come to that same conclusion?*

No offense meant - that was written in the deepest sympathy; because if we are doomed - DOOMED - then cutting out early would be wise.

This, to my recollection, began with the hysterical interviews of children during the Reagan years. The idea was to ask a child why Ronald Reagan wanted to destroy the world with nuclear weapons. It was reprehensible to put a child in this position, but the Democrat Party has found that schoolyard bullying suits them perfectly and has continued to use it ever since.

Before the pols started showing up in schools, they sent their Apparatchiks to lecture us on evil drugs and how to do "duck and cover" in case Ivan decided to incinerate the country.

I recognized these fools and blowhards for what they were (in second or third grade) and called them on it. Got me suspended, too.

I learned my lesson, but not the one they were pushing.

Because you lived in a world where there were other messages to be heard, that's why. chasmatic's citation of the Socialist creed of "reach 'em young" is absolutely apt as a characterization of what's going on in public schools today - and the rest of the culture is being fed to them on television, and what's on that? As for "Where is Adolph today?," the better question would be "And what happened to the children the Nazis propagandized?" Does the term "Hitler Youth" ring a bell?

This is going on without being questioned anywhere the lefties think they can get away with it. The day this was posted I was treated to a 4-hour harangue in the name of "Environmentalism" which was being shouted (and that's the only word) at a group of confused kids about the age of the ones in this video, at a gathering in the local Luther Burbank Farm.

I live about 75 yards away, and it sounded exactly like a Nazi rally, punctuated at long intervals with little kids cheering on cue as it was demanded of them. Just fucking chilling.

Mikey: I don't think we are "doomed". That's rather melodramatic, eh? I think that the lefties have a firm hold on schools and mass media. They target the youth because they are malleable. Next would be the gimme-another-beer TV watchers. The poor will always be with us, so they don't need to hear the message, they are already under Control.

To suggest suicide? Really? Mikey, either you don't respect me or you think little of yourself.

There's a whole lot in life I don't give a flyin' fuck about, but I am pretty well centered in my own spirituality and the older I get I allow that there's probably about 23 different ways to get into Heaven. "Everybody's got their own way to butter their bread" as my father would say, "don't trust the priests, son, all they got a key to is the shithouse".
And besides, as I get older, I pay more attention to the evidence and less to the arguments.
When I see some of these folks running their game I want to say “Kid, I ran with bikers, shot junk, robbed banks; my hands have taken lives and saved lives; I worked with the Billy Graham Crusade; I got a million miles of highway under my ass, slept with dogs, danced with angels, I got screwdrivers older than you … what ya gonna show me, uh?”

I might add, I made it through complete kidney failure recently, got 'em back now; and I have Multiple Myeloma.

I've done a dance or two with death over the years. I've found that he's not very graceful and he always wants to lead. as Gerard puts it.

How 'bout you, Mikey? You nice and comfy, uh?

Yup.

Me...once and again I get angry. I was a kid, about eight years old during the 'energy crisis' of the 1970's and was hit with a lot of propaganda. No more oil, no more cars, no more - whatever panicky thing you could believe. And to a little kid that is a lot of panic.

And then things go on and nothing actually changes.

The Barnums are about again selling their escape from the end of the world. Same stuff, same spiel.

If I passed it then others will also, for the hucksterism is nothing new to this nation or humans. Along with the hucksterism I also reject the defeatists. No, I will not go quiet into that good night and I see no reason from history to expect that the latest aristocrats are any better at subjugating than those that preceded them.

Gahh! Let them come - I have more scorn built up than they can take.
