Obamacare: "The Greatest Tax Increase in the History of the World" -- Limbaugh

joyland.jpg

"Don't mourn. Organize." -- Joe Hill

"Reason will not decide at last; the sword will decide.
The sword: an obsolete instrument of bronze or steel,
formerly used to kill men, but here
In the sense of a symbol. The sword: that is: the storms
and counter-storms of general destruction; killing of men,
Destruction of all goods and materials; massacre, more or
       less intentional, of children and women;
Destruction poured down from wings, the air made accomplice,
       the innocent air
Perverted into assasin and poisoner.

"The sword: that is: treachery and cowardice, incredible
       baseness, incredible courage, loyalties, insanities.
The sword: weeping and despair, mass-enslavement,
       mass-torture, frustration of all hopes
That starred man's forhead. Tyranny for freedom, horror for
happiness, famine for bread, carrion for children.
Reason will not decide at last, the sword will decide."

This has got to be the most stupid ruling the supreme court has delivered. I can be taxed for something i dont have?

Friends, this ruling changes nothing. No one can make you do anything you don't wish to do.

If a law requires you to do something immoral, simply ignore the law.

If a fine for ignoring the law is imposed on you, ignore the fine.

When they come to arrest you for ignoring the fine, ignore the arrest warrant and make them drag you to prison.

If they require you to work in prison, refuse and let them slam you in solitary.

Solitary. That's it. That's all they can do to you.

I've been there. It's not that bad.

Of course, doing all this will destroy your life and the lives of your children, but better that than to comply with an immoral law.

If we are determined to avoid suffering in this life, we are slaves of the Devil. God never said His people wouldn't suffer. He said "pick up your Cross and follow Me".

If it falls to us to bear the cross, let us bear it in silent dignity and show them how White, Christian men suffer. Let us show them that we cannot be broken, no matter how heavy the cross.

I've never seen my 20something nieces so jubilant on facebook! They don't realize they'll likely be living in my brother's house for the rest of their lives or some crappy govt. apartment.Government schools have produced a slew of government slaves/automotons.

The penalty for not having insurance is a tax. That's tax increase number one. Starting in 2014 all home sales will be subject to a 3% tax. That's tax increase number two. Yet, Obama claimed there would be NO, emphatically NO, tax increases on the middle class. Rush is, as usual, right.

Now is not a time for gnashing of teeth and rending of the air with cries of lamentation. Now is a time for determination. Donate money, time, and effort to the cause of electing candidates who will repeal this abominable Obomination. Bad law can be changed or repealed. We can make it so, if we are willing to work for it.

Oh, ha ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. Ha ha. Ha.

Ha.

Oh, my sides.
Oh, my poor aching sides.
I shall never stop laughing.

Time to show the Democrats just what "voter intimidation" actually means. Every voter who despises what Obama stands for, needs to vote in EVERY election---from school board, water district, rural electric co-op, city, county, state, and national. The Democrats have got to go.

I see the president's face on my money, so I will render unto the president that which is the president's and render unto God that wihich is God's. Those who love their lives in this world are seeking to gather all the power and wealth they can amass and human lives are the basis of all wealth and power. Once they have completed their plan to enslave all people to their wills, they think they will be the happiest and most powerful beings in the universe, having outdone even the pharaohs. They are wrong. They will lose their lives someday and everything with it. I will find my wealth and happiness stored away in Heaven and have it for all eternity. If we can no longer vote this destruction of our liberties under the earth where it belongs, we have no right to call ourselves Americans anymore. The elections are in November, send the ACA to the dustbin with the other totalitarian doctrines before the millions have to start dying to try to make it work.

Slavery is when one is not compensated for time and work rendered. Now, thanks to socialist liberals and ignorant white guilt, we have come full circle. I am in servitude to Obama's fraudulent government, my valuable time will be involuntarily taken from me to support my slave-master's policies.

In the fall, I will vacation in a swing-state.. go door to door on behalf of Obama's opponent.

Posted by: Rocky at June 28, 2012 12:16 PM

The law was upheld as a tax. It was the only way it was allowed to stand. As I understand it, a tax increase cannot be passed into law via budgetary reconciliation, which was the underhanded way it was put on Obama's desk. Doesn't that make the entire law illegal? can it be challenged and thrown out because of that?

I don't want to go to prison. I think I would rather die on my feet as a free man, then live on my knees as a slave. We're all going to die, someday. Maybe its not so bad choosing my own time.

Unfortunately the Supremes have voted that we belong to the state body and soul. We are not voting out of this, there is only one way to get our freedom back and I fear that the American people don't have the will to fight any longer.

Posted by: Zhytamyr at June 28, 2012 3:17 PM

I believe that we've missed something critical here. Remember that the other ruling was that Lost Valor case? The Supremes said that lying is protected speech under the Second Amendment. And then Roberts said that Obama lied about it being a tax. Basically, the Court has ruled that lying is protected speech, whether you are lying about medals or about what constitutes a tax.

The American Republic died today. Granted, it had been on life support for decades, but with today's Supreme Court ruling that the ObamaCare mandate is Constitutional, the Republic expired. At least we have resolved the alternatives posed by Lysander Spooner: "But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it." Today the Supreme Court has told us that the Constitution authorized a government whose power has no limits. The death of the Republic might not be noticed for a while. Things will seem to go an as before. We will still have elections. Politicians will still make promises. But at best those things will be the twitchings of a corpse. Today the Republic died.

Posted by: JoeFromSidney at June 28, 2012 6:42 PM

No, the Republic died in 1913. The body finally stopped twitching today.

Get the facts on HCR. The GOP would love to see average Americans suffer at the hand of the insurance companies who own them. You really want to go back to a time where you have to sell your house to pay for medical expenses? You really want to go back to a time when your family member can dies because an insurance company denied coverage or said 'that's enough?'

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

As of 1999 fossil fuels made up over two-thirds of the
total energy, witfh hydoelectric being the main
focal point of their renewable energy possibility.
Water or hydro can be converted into electrichity by building dams and
surge tunnels to make thhe water turn large water turbines.
By using alternative energy sources, the souece of
