QE; a mechanism whereby bankers are protected from the otherwise inevitable consequences of their activities - which involve hemp ropes and lamp posts, or alternatively high-velocity lead and brick walls.
These chaps are like a British Bob and Ray.
That would be hilarious if it were not so truthy.
The problem is, perhaps, that the procedure described in the video might actually have worked for the purpose it was said to have. Unfortunately, the procedure actually used was more like bundling the photocopiers into large trucks and sending the product straight down a chute into assorted bank vaults, never to be seen again.
