More like a 10-second argument in this case, which makes it even better.

Every Democrat ticket since 1984 has featured two lawyers (except for Gore, who dropped out of law school).

The only law school graduates on GOP tickets in the same period were Dole and Quayle.

Heh.

I'm a law school graduate. I used to practice law. If given the option, I *NEVER* vote for a lawyer. I consider it a de facto conflict of interest when a lawyer seeks elective office.

It actually is a bigger contrast:

A lawyer married to a lawyer who beat another lawyer married to a lawyer on the bubblehead left....

On the right a war hero married to a great looking woman who owns a beer distributorship....

That's a bubba joke going around here that I've cleaned up a bit...

And it has better jpegs!

ELECTION 2008: WHAT WOULD SHAKESPEARE DO?

WHO WOULD SHAKESPEARE VOTE FOR?

" The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers."

Shakespeare; Henry VI, 4.2.59; Butcher to Jack Cade

Well, we mustn't go THAT far. REPEAT: we mustn't go that far!

But I know where Shakespeare's coming from.

Here's the real solution: We just have to STOP putting them into office!

Here's are some old favorite lawyer jokes:

Q. What's the difference between a lawyer and a vampire?
A. A vampire only sucks blood at night.

Q: Why does California have the most attorneys, and New Jersey have the most toxic waste dumps?
A: New Jersey got first pick.

Q: What's the difference between a lawyer and a vulture?
A: Lawyers accumulate frequent flyer points.

Q: What's the problem with lawyer jokes?
A: Lawyer's don't think they're funny, and no one else thinks they're jokes.

Remember: Hillary and Edwards are lawyers, too.

But Neither McCain or Palin is a lawyer.

VOTE ACCORDINGLY.

[P.S.: WHICH CANDIDATES HAVE REAL SMILES, AND WHOSE ARE FAKE?]

Remember, lawyers make a living by taking money from others and keeping lots of it for themselves. They pursue and practice law, not justice. And Obama wants to appoint Justices that decide based on outside influence, popular opinion, and Hollywood standards, not based on our Constitution. So there will be the Supreme Court and Congress to fight against citizens, and only the Executive to represent us citizens. That's legal citizens, not illegals and lawbreakers.

Congress doesn't represent us citizens any more - it represents special interests and influence groups. A message to illegals - become legal citizens or go back to those paradises you left.

Bill, U.S. Army (Retired) who pays proper respect to our U.S. Flag and our Republic, not to the United Nations or some other cause or entity, unlike Sen. Obama, who pays more allegiance to the terrorists than he does to our Republic. He sure doesn't respect individual freedom but neither does that other 'peaceful' religion from which terrorism comes.

Q: Know what happens when you cross a pig and a lawyer?
A: Nothing. There are some things even a pig won't do.

(Told to me by a former lawyer who is a friend. Really.)

As someone who works all day with lawyers, I have no questions at all!
