I was just thinking about how long we Americans have been warned about illegal aliens and visa violators and have been helpless against the governmental neglect.

It is hard to be the one to step up.

Seven steps is kinda like the Cloward-Piven strategy:

The "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
