Does the video have any reference to "real-life" people/places/things? What is the symbol on the guy's t-shirt? Does it refer to some group or organization?
Don't laugh too much; I am doubleplus clueless about this 'un.

It's a "fan video" made in homage to a film called "The Punisher." If you click the link at the top of the film clip it will take you to the originating page on You Tube which h as more information. In addition imdb.com and searching "The Punisher" gives you more.
