And so far a quick glance doesn't reveal any obvious Marc Richs, pardoned for "Wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, criminal forfeiture, income tax evasion, and trading with Iran in violation of trade." But if there are any that rise to that tsunami of cupidity, I'm sure we'll hear about it.
