The Zero's Prayer

Church of Zero
Divide-by-Zero
Zero-sum be Thy Name.
Zero will Come
Undo the One
Dust is its final Reign.

Bless me Zero for I am Me.

It's a paltry belief in nothingness that masquearades as faith in Science.

I have faith in God. Science, knowledge I trust when it's been vetted and proved. Sometimes we learn things about ourselves we really don't want to hear. That no more disproves what science has to say than a flood puts the lie to God's mercy.

God accepts us as we are. Not the wrongs we do. But when we acknowledge our wrongs and resolve to do better, then that matter is settled and shall not be brought up again.

Honor science as science, honor God as God. And whatever else you do in life, try not to confuse the two.

All hail the conquering zero, thy nill be none, thy ringdom run, uncouth as a dozen heathen.

As I have said before, and will no doubt say again:

I can understand atheism. I cannot even begin to comprehend nihilism.
