IN A LIFE IN WHICH I'VE SEEN AND HEARD MANY CREEPY THINGS, IT TAKES A LOT OF MAKE THE HAIR ON THE BACK OF MY NECK STAND UP, but now I am officially creeped out. I admit I haven't given too much thought to Michael Schiavo's lawyer, George Felos. I wrote him off as simply another cell in the vast pond scum that covers the surface of what is called "the legal profession." Then a passing comment at another site caused me to search out his book. I found it first on Amazon, but the reviews there were suspect so I decided I couldn't form an opinion from those. Then I went to the site of his "publisher," Blue Dolphin, reasoning that they would put forward Felos' book in the best possible light. Perhaps they do. Here's the top quote on the page, Litigation as Spiritual Practice (Blue Dolphin Publishing)
Such a deep, dark, silent blue. I stared as far into her eyes as I could, hoping to sense some glimmer of understanding, some hint of awareness. The deeper I dove, the darker became the blue, until the blue became the black of some bottomless lake. "Mrs. Browning, do you want to die ... do you want to die?" I nearly shouted as I continued to peer into her pools of strikingly beautiful but incognizant blue. It felt so eerie. Her eyes were wide open and crystal clear, but instead of the warmth of lucidity, they burned with the ice of expressionlessness.Got that? Did you grok the black of the bottomless lake of shameless shyster's drooling lunacy? In my ignorance, I had supposed that you needed to demonstrate higher rational functions to be admitted to the Florida Bar. Ah, such a fool am I.
Just in case that purple gem of putrid prose didn't convince you, here's another paragraph from the excerpt Blue Dolphin proudly displays:
The crew of the Enterprise, beset in one episode by all types of strange maladies, discovered that they were infected by invisible parasitic creatures attached to their bodies. The creatures were unseeable because they existed in another phasic dimension. They occupied the same space and time, but at a different vibrational level. With the benefit of a hand-held "multi-phasic viewing device" constructed by our heroes, they could press a button and observe the creatures on their skin. Release the button and they were gone. Intuitive seeing is somewhat like that for me. A transparent image exists and is there, and then it's not. While extremely subtle, it is also undeniably real.I'll leave it to more erudite Treksters to parse out that pound of pap. ( "Call for Lil-eks, Jay-ames!" ) Others may also dwell on the fact that this is the legal mind that has helped Judge Greer form his conclusions and issue his orders.
Me? I've just got to take a shower.

UPDATE: But wait! There's more! And it is even more bizarre and creepy.
"As these unprocessed experiences entered my throat, I often felt absolute, unimaginable terror—like I was being murdered, hacked to bits. One time I could actually feel a long blade plunging into my chest; another time I could smell the dank, putrid odor of an attacker. Other dark cells brought on indescribably intense grief and its accompanying pain, as if a beloved child of mine were dying. … "From Excerpts from Litigation as Spiritual Practice by George Felos (Blue Dolphin Publishing, 2002) -- with a bit of axe-grinding in between, but not so much that you can't follow this unique "spiritual odyssey."
UPDATE 2: Deeper down the rabbit hole. If you'd like to experience this Felos "mind" first hand you can get it to come and speak to you for a mere $10,001. Yes, that's ten thousand and one (minimum). So if you've got a speaking slot coming up that would be improved by having the number one wacko shyster-for-death in the USA prattle, call Eagles Talent Connection at 1-800-345-5607. Operators are standing by.

Apparently, Felos has added a new dimension to the legal adage when the law supports your case argue the law; when the facts support your case argue the facts; when neither the facts nor the law favor your case, pound on the table. Now it's table-rapping rather than table-pounding.

Posted by: KF at March 29, 2005 2:31 AMGeorge Felos is such an unappetizing spectacle of a lawyer defending such a protracted and heartless dying process as his client put Terri Schindler (I will not give her the blackened Schiavo name henceforth) through. When he makes his smarmy appearances on TV, touting that Michael Schiavo snake, I mutter, "The little worm."

Posted by: DJ at March 31, 2005 1:21 PMgee, why don't we just kill the pope too by removing his feeding tube? Evil is prevailing and it is terrifying and sickening. Mr. Felos, (Mr. Evil) why don't you go be the council for the pope so he can die too and bring the other evil man Mr. Schiavo to be your co council. You two make a great team. I love how you kind of stuttered and choked when asked about book and movie deals, how much money are all you sick people going to make anyway? You loved your wife? you are not aware of what the words mean. What were you screwing your other so called wife down the hall in the hospice while your OTHER wife was dying for now reason at all. In Gods name why not just go on with your evil little pitiful life and let people who REALLY love Terri like her parents take care of her for life. Makes no sense to a compassionate non evil person as myself. I almost feel happy when I hear death threats for you. But what would that accomplish? Death is too good for you. Maybe if someone would of gotten rid of you prior to Terri's death so maybe guardian ship would of gone to her parents. You are not even human, you are sick, evil unkind, "love your wife" if you love your wife you would'nt be screwing another woman, you sick pig. Tell your other so called wife to have a living will, God only knows what you are going to do to her. I have lost some faith in everything. It shows the mentally that the world is in, but the one thing I do know, Is you will GET YOUR PAYBACK. That is a given. It's just a shame it never comes at the right time or when you will know what the payback is for. You are a shallow low life soul, with many more years or life times to suffer, and suffer you will. God knows what you have done, that's all the really matters. And by the Mr. Great lawyer of death, Mr. Felos, since when is hear say allowed in court? Why should we believe Mr. evil Schiavo that his wife made some statement that she wanted to die. Why would anyone believe this? I just watched the press conference from the Schindler family and they have more grace and composure and possibly more forgiveness than someone like me who didn't even know Terri. I am just angry, hurt and discouraged by our country. Mr. Felos and Mr Schiavo, stay the hell away from the pope, what do you want another book deal?

He is either a poor lier, or dilusional, possibly both? He has passed the test and graduated from the official PULL THE PLUG CLUB along with Judge Greer, the so called Baptist! @#$%^!

"What goes around comes around" and if I was the spouse of their children, I would do the exact same thing to them, and only them. Nobody on earth, but them, deserves that treatment. Rest in peace sweet Terri.
Can anyone tell me where exactly Michael Schiavo works? Somewhere I read he worked in the emergency room in a hospital in Tampa. I'd like to know so that I NEVER go to that hospital.

Why dont they charge the Small and pointed head ,George Felos,That man has to be the worst hypocrite that i have ever seen,He took $450.000 form Terri to feed his greed,What is the matter anyway ,whith that bunch of Arogant and Greedy Lawers and Judges ,who dont seem to know the difference in between an ass and a brain,I must tell you ,that here in Canada ,if this was ever to happen, rest assured that who ever was involved ,would pay for it,And you Americans Who are so powerfull,You could not have stopped that bunch of Brainless Asshole idiots form carying out the death sentence of that poor woman!!!That woman was as much alive as i am ,As i watched her parent and the doctors talking to her,They only thing that was wrong with her ,was that she could not reply,So Greer decided to kill her,I am 76 years old myself ,and now i am scared to death ,that this could happen to me ,and many others.Thank You Gabriel Simard Fredericton New Brunswick canada
Dear Gabriel Simard,
If you come back to look after you post, which I hope you do. Believe me, millions of American's tried everything we could to stop this from happening. It is the most barbaric act we have ever done in our history. America failed sweet Terri. Judge G W Greer took this case and he is actually to blind to even drive a car. Yet, he has this very important job. He has utter disdain for women. Demands to have facts and proof, yet he went on "hearsay", that his wife, Terri, wanted to die by dehydration to her mouth from her bigamist husband with two children from another women. That Judge is the cruelest man I have ever seen rule from America's bench. He not only pulled her tube, he denied her ice chips and water and she had the ability to swallow. Half of America believes the Ghoul Felos and the bastard of a husband, and the Corrupt Judge. There is something very wrong with this mans mind. His own church kicked him out for it. It may have been they found him worshipping Satan with Felos and Michael Schiavo. His professional discretion was slanted toward the husband, that had already tried to kill Terri once, and failed. This Judge denied any "hearsay" from Terri's family, as well as sworn affidavits from Hospice Nurses, 33 other Doctors, one Hospice Nurse actually went to the police to report Michael Schiavo's attempt to kill Terri with an overdose of insulin. The Judge threw it out of the record, said it was biased, not true. There was a audio video of Terri responding to her father, repeatedly. It was handed over to this Judge in 2002, just popped up on TV the night before Terri was finally murdered. That tape proved what those Hospice Nurses told Judge Greer and those other 33 doctors told him. Terri was not PVS. She was a handicapped brain damaged woman. The Judge is a devil worshipping bastard, in my opinion. There is nothing honorable about him. He is a very bad person. President Bush and our Congress along with Governor Bush had an emergency session on Palm Sunday, to make a bill, for Florida State to vote on, so Terri could have a review of her case, from the beginning. The Lawmakers in Florida, did not go with the bill, to save this women's life. These lawmakers did it out of pure vindictiveness and played politics with an innocent woman's life. They will pay for it with their jobs. They have issues. They were ignorant. They believed Judge Greer was being fair and not biased. Nothing could be further from the truth. Those other courts only saw what Judge Greer allowed them to see. With that new law, it would have forced the Federal courts to start all over again. They just wouldn't vote for the bill. They have the blood of Terri on their hands. Many American's are doing all we can to get this our of order Judge impeached. He is going to be retiring soon and says he will not run for reelection. That's a joke. He has now managed to kill two innocent women in America. One was not handicapped, the other was. Believe me, many of US hold our heads in shame and cry and don't feel that we have a place in the world anymore after this barbaric murder of Terri Schindler. He is a very corrupt evil man and thinks he has a place in the eyes of God. We have a moral war going on in America. If you defend the right to life, you are called a religious nut case, right winger. We are pitted against each other. It is sad. Anyway, that is just short run down on what happened. Total malfeasance and collusion from the bench. They will all face another court, A Criminal Court. It is not over by a long shot. I understand how you feel. You are right, it is inexcusable in America. Terri was a victim of abuse from her husband and was in the process of leaving him when she went down that night. So many details will come forth soon for a long long time. I am sorry. This American will fight so that it never happens again and Justice is served to all that are responsible. Promise, many will. Truthfully, she was surrounded by pure evil. I feel your passion. I share it with you. Thank you for loving and caring for Terri Schindler. She was a wonderful young woman. There are victories of the soul and spirit. Sometimes, even if you lose, you win.
-Elie Wiesel
Terri is with our God now, and she is free from her chains and free from her monster husband. America will not allow her to die in vain. Thank you for caring about Terri.
Thank you for the reply to my posting I am not blaming all americans for Terri`s affair,As i know that americans are good peoples,But just because of a few bad case of some peoples who call themself "human" makes me wonder,And i hope that the good americans will make sure ,that the injustice that were given to Terri ,That they will dearly pay for it, ,And you will notice ,That this case of that poor woman ,has been watched from all across the world ,Thank You Gabriel Simard
Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 2, 2005 10:30 AMI have copied my post from similar thread here:
WHAT IS WRONG WITH FLORIDA? I live here, so here is what:
1) FL is not a southern state, it is only located in the south. Most of the people living here come from north, from commie-pinko-fag places like New England, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconcin, Minnesota, etc. I came from PA.
2) Typically, people do not move down here to live, but to die. They say "I have only a few years to live, so I do not want to be bothered with anything". They do not care much about anything. They tolerate any corruption.
3) Florida is like a big motel. People move every few years, or die and new come in. There are no neighborhoods. Nobody knows anybody, all strangers. When I go to vote, there may be 10 on more judges on ballot. I have no idea who they are, so I do not vote for any of them.
All above (1,2,3) create a breeding ground for corruption. Most of the politician here are honest, I have no doubt. But, maybe a third of them are crooks, no doubt about that either. The same probably holds true for judges. There crooks create alliances, like Felos-Greer-Mikey and ex-sheriff. One crook helps the other crook. Because of Item 2, they proliferate, unchallenged. The cause of Terri's murder is judicial corruption.
Question is - who will put end to it? The mainsteam media are intelectual crooks and have no guts. Only bloggers can do it. So, go bloggers, latch into these crook's behind cracks like ticks, and don't let go!
The local paper in Pinellas Park area is St. Petersburg Times, they describe Greer, Felos and Mikey with almost Mother Thereza qualities. All peaches and cream, what idiotic paper! Crooks!
Just one comment about Ghoul Felos. The more "powerfull and influential" a lawyer is, the easier to take him down. I know that. So, no need to be afraid of Felos, he ain't nobody! He will fold like a house of cards. He is already a laughing stock among peers. Lets just keep pushing. Mikey, Greer & Felos will fold.

Yes, I know that very well. I told you, we have no standing in the world after this. I want all our troops home. We have no business being anywhere else in the world defending the innocent from Tyranny. Many people in America do not have a clue to how important the death of Terri Schindler is or what it means. It is not a matter of "right to die", it is "matter of right to kill with that person doing that dying written implied consent". The Germans bought this same story in 1939, half of America bought this story. That should tell you something about what we are growing here. By the way, I am so embarrassed at my spelling errors and typos. Just consider me so "kicked in the gut" and I am staggering from it. I can hardly see to type straight. I assure you I am sober. What I have told you is the truth to what I know happened in those courts. I have read the court documents. I read the credentials of those four doctors that Judge Greer sided with and slapped Terri with a post it note on her forehead, "Terminal and PVS". Long story short, two of them are death advocates and speak on circuit around America. One of them diagnosed Terri from a TV screen as PVS. None of them spent ample time with Terri to diagnose her as PVS. One spent 45 minutes on one day, the other, 90 minutes for one day. One of them has quit and cut and run like hell to get away from the case. The last medical test performed on Terri was in 2002. And that was a cat scan that The Schinlders had to set their hair on fire, to get done. The Radiologist, that is actually the one that reads cat scans by the thousands, everyday, vehemently disagreed with these Doctors. Judge Greer tossed him. He is also tossed the other doctor that vehemently disagreed with them. They spent hours with Terri!!!!! Doctors have to spend hours with patients to diagnose PVS. This didn't happen. The GAL were most biased, the one that wasn't, was given the credit of the depth of a wafer. Judge Greer had the first bite out of the apple, and that bite, it stuck to every court in America, and he is protected under the law for doing it. I know why the urgent session was called by our Desperate Congress on Palm Sunday to pass that bill. I know why President Bush flew from Crawford Texas to sign and expedite that bill down to Tallahassee. It was to stop the Judicial Tyranny down in Pinellos County by an out- of- order- Tin Pot Tyrant Judge, and to save the life of an innocent handicapped brain damaged woman's life and give her a fair chance. America owed her that. There are many that rationlized this by saying this happens a 1,000 times a day in America. That is NOT true. No it does not, not like this. AND, I would like to believe that All of America holds their head in shame, but I can't tell you that. I know they don't. I also blame our out of control media. They see this as some kind of victory in their twisted minds. They blame religion and Republicans for abuse of Power. Wake UP CALL. Judge G W Greer is a Republican and an alleged Christian. That doesn't pass the smell test. It had nothing to do with either of the two. It had to do with saving one of our OWN....and WE FAILED! We are about one quarter of an inch from a Revolution if this kind of Tyranny continues. As far as my opinion of Michael Schiavo and Judge Greer, and Ghoul Felos, I dare them to come try to pull their stunt on me. They will feel the heat and the burn from my own Law Enforcement and My Courts that will kick them out of my state. We actually believe in the Rule of Law and the US Constitution and the Bill of rights for everyone in America and would never deny anyone "reasonable doubt" and would croak first before we would kill anyone by denying them food or water to their mouth. We would never deny anyone that chance to prove they could survive after their feeding tube was removed without their written implied consent. Judge Greer treated Michael Schiavo like his tongue was notarized. It was NOT. In fact it took Michael Schiavo seven years to remember what Terri wishes were.He didn't remember until after he won a frivolous lawsuit. He sued for 22 million, was given 2 million for Terri's care. He spent most of it on his Lawyers to kill Terri, instead of just divorcing her and giving her to her family. He struck Gold and met Fellos and got Greer to label her Terminal and placed her in Hospice for five years, threatening anyone that tried to improve Terr's condition. Removed them from her visiting list, barred her own family. The guy is a monster. This man claimed to know more about Terri in the six/seven years he was married to her than her own Mom and Dad, Brother and Sister knew about her after 41 years. Terri Schindler was denied such an easy chance to show the world her will to live and to survive with basic needs of life, WATER! If Terri had choked to death on water to her mouth, that is when she DIED BY NATURAL CAUSES. She was intentionally barbarically murdered and her husband kicked her own blood family from her room while she laid dying and was surrounded by the three men that made her death happen, excluding Judged Greer, He didn't have the common decency go look at Terri Schindler, ever He has never seen her face to face. He barbarically murdered her by his order. That should tell you something about this man. It is not over, nor will it be over until Justice is served for Terri Schindler and her Weary, worn out, broken-hearted blood family.
Yes, I know the world watched it all. They saw what they saw. It happened, much to my shame. But I was not one of those that sat on their hands. Many did, and will continue to do so. They will use it against the very same people that tried to SAVE TERRI to further their selfish twisted vision of America.
Take care~!
Hopping off my soap box.

Yes, I just heard that from my ear phones. I tell yah what. That autopsy sure went fast, didn't it. It better come back dirty, and show those broken bones that Terri's bone scan showed. Broken ribs, pelvis, broken femur, broken back, broken ankle. This bone scan, AMERICA, was hidden from the Schindler family until three years ago. America wants to know how that happened. If it doesn't show, we also want to know why. So, how does one loving bigamist hubby say when asked, "What happened Michael"? "Well, I don't know, it must have happened to Terri when she was in rehabilitation".. Whoah..wait a minute. You mean to tell me this bastard expects anyone to believe that after we know he is sue happy? Michael doesn't sue anyone. Strange. He has sued for 22 million before because of his idea of malpractice. It is too bad that doctor cowered and settled with him. "Brain chemical imbalance:, failure to diagnose. I don't think I could pull that off in my state. Does anyone entertain the thought he would miss out on this opportunity to defend and protect his wife against such abuse by the hands of medical professionals? HELLO. Don't you all wish I was telling you a lie. I am not. This is what happened. You keep on thinking this man is an Angel and a protector of his wife.
Michael has also explained (warned) the whip lash in her neck as the results of his aggressive attempts to revive her when she collapsed. A Doctor looked at the bone scan and said this looks like a person that has suffered from repeated severe trauma. Another doctor said, "This person looks like she was hit by a Mack truck". .Just something else Judge Greer didn't consider, in his professional discretion. Does anyone, UNDERSTAND NOW..WHY THE SCHINDLERS SPENT 15 YEARS FIGHTING TO GET TERRI BACK? Just because they refused to let her go out of their selfish needs? No way.
If anyone believes that...I have a bridge I can sell you for a very cheap price.
Cat Lovers....After Michael hooked up with his new babe, he had Terri's two rescued beloved cats put to death at the vet, simple reason? Inconvenience. Says it all. Nope, they weren't terminal or PVS either. They were perfectly healthy.
Cremation with no lock of hair to her own family??.Cremation was an insult for Terri. That poor girl. How bad I feel, word just don't articulate it well enough. Wow, I did my best to stop it but still feel like I have her blood on my hands. His blatant bully mentality and abuse continues today and we still have people buying his story, hook line and stinker.
Michael is gearing up for his book tour, movie and speaking circuit, on how he believes in the "dignity to die". There will be plenty of people stupid enough to hear him tell his story.
Plenty. There will also be plenty of people around setting him straight with his story.
BEEP!! BEEP!!
CBS is rushing a Terri Schiavo TV movie into production so that it can air the biopic during the May ratings sweeps.
There is no word on whether the network has secured the cooperation of either the Schindler family, Terri's parents and siblings, or Michael Schiavo, her estranged husband.
There are reports Michael Schiavo is entertaining offers of book, movie and TV deals for Terri's story. Industry sources say Schiavo is likely to be offered up to $2 million for a book deal and up to $2 million for a movie or TV deal.
Keri Russell
Dean Cain
CBS' Terri story reportedly will feature "Felicity" star Keri Russell to star as America’s tragic heroine and Dean Cain of "Lois and Clark" as the husband who relentlessly seeks an end to her life.

If you need any help, the Pinellos County Medical Exaimner didn't find any signs of foul play, atleast according to the conditions of the law. If he did he wouldn't release her body as quickly as he did. That was quick, wasn't it. We have a OJ#2 in Florida state. That is my say on it and I am sticking with it. I knew this was going to happen. The findings on her brain will come later. But what is the point. The poor woman is gone. We don't care what the condition of her brain is, now. It is Moot~! What's Fellos going to do if they find she was not VJS, bring her back to earth with his mind. Just trust me, don't take your kids to Disney Land in Florida. Sad..sad...sad.
Cremation approval
(Florida Statutes 406.11(1)(c))
A. All requests for cremation, burial at sea, or donations must be approved by the Medical Examiner prior to the actual cremation.
1. Before authorizing the irretrievable disposal of a body by cremation, the Medical Examiner must be assured that no future question will arise about the cause or circumstances of the death of the individual.
2. The death, if previously unreported to the Medical Examiner, must first be verified as a non-Medical Examiner case according to Florida Statutes, 406.11.
B. Approval of a cremation, and accepting the responsibility for irretrievably destroying potential evidence, is a decision based on the quality of the information on the death certificate. The death certificate should be accompanied by a CREMATION APPROVAL FORM filled out by the attending physician to demonstrate that the death was due to natural causes. The cause of death on the death certificate must be sufficient to:
1. rule out trauma,
2. identify the immediate cause(s) of death, i.e. septicemia, peritonitis, bronchopneumonia, renal failure, etc., and
3. identify the underlying or proximate cause of death - the "due to" disease or injury responsible for initiating the lethal sequence of events.
C. The most common pitfalls this office encounters with causes of death are:
1. failure to state the underlying cause of death;
2. scrambling of immediate and underlying causes of death; and
3. listing extraneous data in the section entitled 'Other Significant Conditions'. The section 'Other Significant Conditions' (Part II) should be used only for those conditions that contribute to death, but are unrelated to the cause(s) listed in Part I.
D. The CREMATION APPROVAL FORM is often helpful in clarifying the cause of death as well as providing additional medical history that assures that the death was not by violence.
Words like subdural, fracture, sepsis, fall, trauma, cardiac arrest, heart failure, hemiplegia, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and shock typically do not explain a natural death and often indicate a traumatic origin. It is necessary to rule out traumatic underlying causes or identify the natural disease processes,

Terri's bone scan recovered by her blood family three years ago.

Posted by: Booster at April 3, 2005 5:28 AMRe Scan . What a fucking bastard ( excuse my temper) This is the time that gun should be legal for the exermination of any one that were involved in her death, Machine gun would be the type needed for an accurate and fast elimination of Human Trash ,as Her Husband, the Lawyer, the judge ,and other involved ,I feel so much pity for Her parents and relative ,A note to these peoples who making fun of the so call religious fanatic,Well i mwas brought up a Catholic ,But i no longer beleive in any religion, so count me out as a fanatic,I am just plainly disgusted , And if any one does`nt see any thing wrong whit that bone scan,Then someone should go and open their fucking eyes,Terri was not the one that was Brain Dead,But as i see it ,i would say that the one involved ,were the brain dead ones.Gabriel Simard
Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 3, 2005 8:16 AMThere will be no findings of foul play or anything else because everyone involved is connected in one way or another to Felo, at least that's the way it appears to most people. I hope there is an attorney out there who has taken notice of this case and will help the parents to keep fighting until it's blown completely out of the water. But for them to come clean with the autopsy and admit there were discrepancies, would mean jobs on line, and it's just not going to happen. We never were going to get a fair shake on it.
And what trips me out the most is... how there are some that actually try to make ol' Mikey out to be the "good guy" the "victim"... or that he's done some great deed by agreeing to an autopsy. Well DUH...he only agreed to what HAD TO BE DONE in order to have her cremated.
Wonder how long it took ol' Mikey to read up on what to use for the excuse for her having the attack that put her there to begin with that awful night in 1990... then what did he study to give him the ideas on how to make her want to die... like keeping her room dark, no visitors, no rehabilitation, no going out into the daylight and fresh air... heck.. most of us on a good day without any of that might consider dying an option.
But bless Terri's heart... she kept on wanting to live despite all of Mikey's attempts to make her NOT want to. She held on until the last of any hope to change things finally came.
I just hate she had to die supposedly with him craddling her. How hypocritcal could that have been for him and excruciating for her? For argument's sake, let's say she wasn't in her body feeling it, but up above having to watch it??? Probably the only time a saint wanted to hurl!
I don't care if Terri did tell Mikey that she didn't want to live like that, (which I don't believe she did), I can guarantee you, she would never have wanted her parents put through 15 years of pure hell that he's put them through. Anyone who doesn't believe that he has done all he's done just to spite them has to be blind. It scares me to think that my daughter might one day marry someone who can make or break her life.
Mikey should be thankful I wasn't Terri's mother. He'd still be searching for his head.
Maybe, just maybe one day we'll all have some truthful answers. One thing is for certain... Mikey and Felos and their guroos can't fool God.
Posted by: Tristalynne at April 3, 2005 1:23 PMsuch is the way life is for people who follow after demons and devils and call them "god". His enlightenment is in reality entombment. He enjoys death, he thrives off of it, gaining an almost orgasmic burst of "spiritual blessing" when someone dies that is associated with him.
The proof is in the fact of his passions..he desires death for those around him, he feeds on it. The man is possessed, and that is the nicest term to use.
O.K. folks, let's do something about that Ghoul Greer. There is a petition oline to impeach that bastard:
http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?ijg520
Just type in there your name, e-mail, comment and zip code. I saw there zip codes from all areas of the USA. If you are in Canada, type in your zip code. The comment can be quite long, take a look at comments of previous petitioners.
Last time I checked, more than 37,000 people have signed.
Let's go to get rid of the bum!

>>I don't care if Terri did tell Mikey that she didn't want to live like that, (which I don't believe she did).
You are right, she didn't. What she said was, "When there is life, there is hope". But by Florida Statute he was her husband and he had the right to say she would not want to live this way. Legally. It doesn't even matter what her wishes were in the eyes of Florida State. That is what everybody has been missing, including me. So, in the eyes of the Court, they can do nothing to Greer, he did nothing wrong in his zeal to dehydrate her to death.
I would like to clip off that whole state off of my paper map with a pair of scissors and crumpled it up and throw it south to the sea.
Tallahassee had every opportunity to change the law and they refused to DO IT because Congress and President Bush asked them to. It was defiance by these elected officials. The Schindler's worse nightmare was moving to Florida State.
I also found out yesterday that not only does OJ#2 work at Pinellos County Jail. His future Mother in law does and has for 20 years.
This is a Rosemary's Baby movie. I am calling DOJ tomorrow morning. I did some digging and there is no excuse that this happened. They knew this was going down in 2003. Suncoast has been under investigation for a decade. They are the largest Hospice in Florida. They are a mockery to Hospice's around the country. I better not get an answering machine like I did when I tried to call Governor Bush for the past three weeks. I may suffer from a stroke.
If Terri had been my daughter, I would have made them kill me first, before they killed my daughter that way.

Be careful. You can't wish harm to a Justice in America, in such a way, it is against the law. This just happens to be one law the powers to be take very seriously and will prosecute on. You do have freedom of speech to call him names with the risks of being sued for slander, but not the freedom to wish what you wished on him. We have to depend on our Courts and Lawmakers to remove him from his bench. Just friendly advice.
I am truly embarrassed for America. Florida State law is henious.

I agree. At the risk of sounding like a fruit cake, I wouldn't be surprised if he was here on earth at the order of Satan. Seriously. Such power this evil man has. It is frightening to me.
We would run that man out of our town and bar him from practicing law. Every insane word that comes out of his mouth is a blatant lie. He is a pathological liar. I have NOT heard him speak one truth, not once!
Posted by: I. Caganek at April 3, 2005 06:12 PM
I signed that three weeks ago. I was told last night that you have to be a Florida State but I am not sure that is even important. What is important is to show the outrage around the country. Florida State Officials resemble "The Stepford State". It is eery.
Posted by: Booster at April 3, 2005 8:04 PMIt is a tragedy that Terri Schiavo died, regardless of the circumstances. The manner of someone's death may be more or less tragic, but, like "Collateral Damage" deaths of civilians Vs military casualties, the dead person is just as dead, and the world and their family are denied their comfort and presence. WE know that Terri is missed by her family and friends. Let's leave it at that.
But it's even more disturbing that a multitude of people have chosen to make this death something else even more tragic, if that's possible. I said a multitude, not a majority. But that's OK, because a democracy is not based upon Majority Rule, but upon maintaining the individual rights of its citizenry. The Constitution of the United States does NOT impose Majority Rule upon us, but the Bill of Rights preserves our individual liberties. It IS the responsibility of the Courts to preserve those rights, and of the Legislative and Executive branches to not trample on them.
We are rapidly heading toward becoming a country Ruled By Mob through the Venue of Public Opinion. If an elected or appointed official makes a decision that "The Mob" doesn't like, they pounce on him, or her, like rabid dogs.
A Judge in The State of Florida makes a decision disliked by a resident of Tennessee, so an International Petition is circulated to "Remove" him. Threats are made against his life and that of his family. "Mob Rule"? Just short of a lynching, or maybe including one depending on who gets hold of the judge.
I don't want the Federal Government intervening in my State, Pennsylvania, unless it's to protect my rights as guaranteed by the Constitution.
I don't want residents of other states interfering in my State, Pennsylvania. If the US Government has no place in the daily workings here, somebody from Florida certainly doesn't.
Heck, I don't even want the State of Pennsylvania interfering in my life, but I do prefer it over "Mob Rule", which appears to be the only other alternative.
Florida is Florida. If you don't like what they do there, move away, or don't go there in the first place. Personally, I dislike big bugs and hurricanes, so it's never been a consideration of mine. I've been there, been pinched by one of those notorious Florida Local-Yokel Speed Traps, paid my fine and learned my lesson. I didn't contact my Pennsylvania Congressman, call Jeb Bush, or appeal to Randall Terry.
Yes, I know that a traffic ticket should not be equated with the death of Terri Schiavo, and I in no way mean to trivialize her death.
But her life and death did make me consider not just whether I want to be maintained artificially as long as possible, but also who I want making decisions for me in that situation.
A "Living Will" is a good start, but as in all documents, they are still subject to interpretation. I want my spouse to call the shots, REGARDLESS of what Public Opinion may be about her, or me.
I also don't want the Government or "The Mob" taking steps to curtail the liberties that I believe in.
I have no illusions that I will ever be important enough for my death to be a matter of Public Concern, but in 1990 I'm sure that Terri Schiavo didn't either.
Let her Rest in Peace. Let the family grieve. Let everyone move on. Find something worthwhile to do, not just write about.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell at April 4, 2005 12:31 PMThe above post is a typical liberal Democrat opinion from Pennsylvania, a left-wing state. I have lived there, so I know what this is.
The bottom line in Terri's case is:
Her civil rights, supposedly guaranteed by the constitution, were denied. She did not want to die, our legal system killed her. Greer could had been a christian and conservative some time ago, but now is a nut, deranged.
Our legal system is a monster, arrogant and unresponsive to the people it is to protect.
So, let's ignore the advice from PA gentlemen and let's impeach Ghoul Greer. Let's not allow Greer to hide in peace, let's do something worthwhile by impeaching the ghoul.
Forgot the important thing. Democrats wanted Terri dead. They thought the public opinion, as per the infamous ABC poll was with them - "Die Terri, Die!"
Now we know the truth from the new Zogby poll. About 80 percent of Americans would have wanted Terri to live. So, what do Democrats do now?
They want to MOVE ON! Forget all about it. She is dead anyhow, so what's the point writing about her?
As to the expertise and judgment of Judge Greer. Here is and excerpt from his ruling of March 26, where he evaluates Terri's ability to express her wish, to communicate with others:
>>> However, all of the credible medical evidence this Court has received over the last five years is that this is not a cognitive response but rather something akin to a person jerking his/her hand off a hot stove long before he/she has thought about it."
Based on this conclusion, he finally condemned Terri to death. Isn't this a stupid reasoning? Is this judge normal? I think he is a nut. I do not see any reason to "move on", but rather moving this idiot to retirement in the Woodside Hospice.
Posted by: I. Caganek at April 4, 2005 6:42 PMAt least a dozen books will come out of this, not to mention the Made-For-TV Miniseries and movies.
Ten books will be written by Schindler Family Supporters and sold online and in Christian Bookstores (maybe even Jewish Bookstores) with the proceeds to go to various Terri Schindler-Schiavo "Foundations" and "Memorials". They will be gobbled up by people who want the version of the "truth" they believe to be sanctified. Somebody will take a composite of these books and make a movie that will be distributed through secular screenings and home video.
The "Made-for-TV-Miniseries" will include lots of worthless information and insignificant people and will never challenge the real issues. It will be made to sell sponsors' advertising. Don't look for any truth there.
One book will be ghostwritten for Michael, not very well done, and will sell poorly because it will not be sensationally promoted. You'll be able to pick it up in discount bookstores cheap, because the "Religious Right" will boycott and picket Borders and Barnes and Noble and any other mainstream outlet that tries to distribute it.
And one book will be well done by a team of dedicated journalists that will portray the many sides of this issue and the interests represented by those sides. It will be a book about how an Average American Girl became the 21st Century's first candidate for Canonization, and how her "cause" united diverse groups into a temporary alliance that added to the erosion of trust in the values of this Nation. It could be the 21st Century's first "All the King's Men".
And Terri will look down and weep.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman) at April 4, 2005 7:02 PMIt's interesting how Democrats are painted as demons, without values, and Liberals are scum, without souls, when the issues that many of them support show just the opposite.
What was Terri Schiavo? Was she a Republican? Was she Conservative? Did she picket against abortion rights? Did she attend the right church regularly? Did she vote for the right candidates? I don't know.
We know that she loved animals. We know that she loved people. We know that she was well-liked by her friends and co-workers. We know that she was loved by her family. Was she a Democrat? A Liberal? Maybe. I don't know. I guess I'd like to think so, since those are values that I admire.
But Labels don't matter. People do. To use them derisively muddies the waters of understanding and creates chasms between people, instead of the bridges that we need.
I think Terri would have rather been a bridge-builder.

Bruce,
You are late for your doctor's appointment. Either eyes, shrink, or neurologist.
You are also in dire need of a second or subsequent visit of our founding fathers words. They do not exempt handicapped much less brain damaged woman. You apparently do. Stay the F~ away from me~!
I can assure you Terri would weep if she looked down at you. Don't worry, she will miss it, she is busy doing other greater things. Her murder made the Earth skip a spin!~!

Bruce,
Couldn't help notice the "ME" in your post. You better hope you never end up at the mercy of your estranged spouse. Atleast you learned one thing about Terri's murder. Living will, good for you. Also make sure you have a power of attorney and consider to give it a week or two if you are involved in a car accident, and arrive at the ER in coma. You may just wake up.
The next time some creep or criminal deprives you of your Pursuit of Happiness and interferes or jeopardizes your Constitutional Rights, and right to your live, such as a robber, a cold bloodied killer or a car jacker, an estranged spouse, by all means, just stand/lay there, and let them do it. They have that right, don't they Bruce? That's exactly what your message is.
Go smoke your weed. Me..Me..Me..it is all about Bruce.
Posted by: Booster at April 4, 2005 8:43 PM"added to the erosion of trust in the values of this Nation."
Bruce,
Holy Smoke, you are posting from an underground bunker hidden and safely tucked in the woods. You don't have a clue to what "Trust" means. If "Values" jumped up and bit you on your fanny, you wouldn't notice. You do not have a smidgeon of knowledge or understanding of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. They exclude nobody. I tell you what would make you weep, is reading the Court Records of Terri's trial and looking at that Justice that was served to her to the bitter end. You would likely croak if you indeed had values and trust as you so cherish. But it is not you that did that dying, is it Bruce, why take a look and read the Court Records. I know ....I know what you resemble. You are not the cure, you are the selfish pound.

Posted by: I. Caganek at April 5, 2005 6:26 AMI don't have an estranged spouse. I am married to a wonderful woman. Terri also did not have an 'estranged" spouse; she and Michael were actively married at the time of her collapse.
Yes, I know, Terri had talked to her sister about a divorce at some point, and coworkers remember her being unhappy. It's funny about that 7th year of marriage. I know; my first marriage broke up in its 7th year, also at the age of 26. I've been remarried for 24 years, and it's never a piece of cake. Getting married is the easy part; staying married is the tough part.
Terri and Michael choose each other. Until either one of them ended that relationship by legal means, or took actions inconsistent with the best interest of the other, that husband-wife bond should remain.
I LOVE to read and hear Religious Conservatives rail against challenges to the sanctity of marriage, yet on this one they all seem to believe that SOMEBODY should have overturned the marriage and forced a divorce on Terri and Michael. Why is that?
I don't live in a bunker, I don't use illegal substances, drink or smoke. I have a wife, two children and two grandchildren that I love deeply. I worry about their future. I would hate for my daughter to be in Terri's position, or my son to be in Michael's position.
My daughter IS divorced, from a real bastard in her eyes, and I have pondered lately, what would I have done if I had been Mr. Schindler? I hope I never find out.
Because I refuse to see Michael Schiavo as a demon, and the Schindlers as victims, I am vilified by people who get "information" from blogsites and "friendly" news agencies who substitute conjecture for fact and opinion for truth.
They have all become victims in this masquerade. Jesse Jackson, Randall Terry, Father Shavone, "Spiritual Advisors", George Felos have all worn the masks of concern for Terri when in fact they were pumping up their own images at her expense.
So, I've used "I" a lot in this, so I guess that makes this posting all about me-me-me. But I hope that someone who reads this understands a little better that not all of us who disagree that 'Terri was murdered by her unfaithful ex-husband so he could take all of her money, escape prosecution for abuse and murder, and marry the mother of his bastard children" are illiterate wackos.
Passing thoughts here. Has anyone researched what Bulimia is, how and when it manifests itself, and what it's causes may be? Terri didn't "develop" Bulimia just before she died. It's part of an overall eating disorder pattern that usually starts in early to mid teens. How DID Terri lose 60 lb. in her Senior Year of high school, and why? Her mother has admitted to taking her to her doctor on several occasions to discuss her weight situation. If her eating disorder developed while she lived at home with her parents, and they did nothing to diagnose or treat it, and if in fact it was caused by family stress and/or abuse, are her parents culpable in her death?
I don't think so, but it's got more hard evidence in it that most of the conjectures about Michael's involvement in her "Murder".
By the way, Bruce Whitesell is my real name. If I'm going to write something, I'm not ashamed to have it attributed to me. I need some new stuff in my FBI files anyway.
"DemocRats wanted Terri dead. They thought the public opinion, as per the infamous ABC poll, disseminated by "MSM journalists" was with them. “Die Terri, Die!” was the DemocRat-commie-pinko-ACLU-NOW pack's battle cry. Large portion of this pack live in Pennsylvania."
Yes, actually we PA Democrats have an enclave here in eastern Pennsylvania, consisting of 7 counties with a population of 400,000 that we control both politically and fiscally. We have a balanced budget, very low taxes, universal health care, a local currency that outperforms the Euro, a small well-equipped National Guard Unit that is prohibited from leaving our district unless Congress declares war, legal abortion but an abortion rate of zero because we encourage abstinence but recognize the real world's problems, offer no foreign aid as a political unit, but provide tax incentives to individuals who do contribute so our individual contribution rate is about 4% of GFPI (Gross Free Pennsylvania Income), and we all go to the polls and vote on Election weekend and fill out our numbered paper ballots with receipt that are tabulated by the League of Women Voters with results prominently displayed.
No, you can't move here. We already have a waiting list of 237,000,000, and that's only for qualifying US Citizens.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell at April 5, 2005 9:54 AMBruce,
Okay, just for one, I don't get my news from any reporter, I know better. I read the actual court records, I read the pleadings. I researched the Expert death advocates agenda and what they stand for. I watched Terri's video's and especially cried when I watched her react to the bad taste of the vinegar swab. She reacted just like you would if somebody stuck vinegar in your mouth. Dr. Cranford examined Terri on one occasion, for approximately 45 minutes Dr. Cranford ( I heard him say 45 mins, on TV) struck Terri very hard on the forehead between her eyes. Terri recoiled and moaned, seemingly in pain. In his court testimony, Cranford dismissed the reaction and moan as a “reflex.”
Posted by: Booster at April 5, 2005 10:21 AMContinue...got cut off for some reason.
That man needs a straight jacket. Dr. Ronald Cranford is one of the most outspoken advocates of the “right to die” movement and of physician-assisted suicide in the U.S. today. Judge Greer labeled Terri PVS after his say so and his ghouls that agreed with him. Her LOVING HUSBAND, let them.
If you think her responses were "just a reflex" and not "pain"....that is nuts. This is what Judge Greer did..he ruled on these guys words.
I just cannot let it go, I can't. Her husband didn't love her much less respect her or her family. When she collapsed she had a severe case of PID. I don't want to discuss how you get that, but if you are a woman, you wouldn't get it if your husband was faithful to you. MS said on the record his wife was not bulimic. he spent a lot of time repeating over and over as he was being questioned by the Schindler attorney, . All that testimony, "I don't recall", "I don't remember", "state the question again, I didn't hear you" "I don't know the dates". "I am bad at remembering details" blah, " I didn't hear you" over and over again was a distraction tactic.
I do wonder what you would have done if you were in Mr. Schindlers shoes. Especially if your daughters husband did that to her, stopped her therapy and treatment after he received a 1 million dollar law suit. Barred you from seeing her. Abused her with broken bones all over her body that he doesn't know how they got there. Then when he manages to have her put to death, he kicks you out of her room as she lays suffering and dying. Then, he goes as far as denying you a lock of her hair. Then he cremates her, the same day he gets her back from the medicals examiner and fly's her ashes off to another state, unknown location to you. You are forced to have a memorial without her ashes or body there.
Yea, Your daughters husband really loved her. He loved her so much. That's real love Bruce
Posted by: Booster at April 5, 2005 10:23 AMGet a load of this Bruce...That is a pathetic man.
He was Terri Schindlers worse nightmare, and it should be yours. That man is America's worse nightmare.
In published articles, including a 1997 op-ed in the Minneapolis–St. Paul Star Tribune, he has advocated the starvation of Alzheimer’s patients. He has described PVS patients as indistinguishable from other forms of animal life. *He has said that PVS patients and others with brain impairment lack personhood and should have no constitutional rights." Perusing the case literature and articles surrounding the “right to die” and PVS, one will see Dr. Cranford’s name surface again and again. In almost every case, he is the one claiming PVS, and advocating the cessation of nutrition and hydration.
In the cases of Paul Brophy, Nancy Jobes, Nancy Cruzan, and Christine Busalucci, Cranford was the doctor behind the efforts to end their lives. Each of these people was brain-damaged but not dying; nonetheless, he advocated death for all, by dehydration and starvation. Nancy Cruzan did not even require a feeding tube: She could be spoon-fed. But Cranford advocated denying even that, saying that even spoon-feeding constituted “medical treatment” that could be licitly withdrawn.
In cases where other doctors don’t see it, Dr. Cranford seems to have a knack for finding PVS. Cranford also diagnosed Robert Wendland as PVS. He did so in spite of the fact that Wendland could pick up specifically colored pegs or blocks and hand them to a therapy assistant on request. He did so in spite of the fact that Wendland could operate and maneuver an ordinary wheelchair with his left hand and foot, and an electric wheelchair with a joystick, of the kind that many disabled persons (most famously Dr. Stephen Hawking) use. Dr. Cranford dismissed these abilities as meaningless. Fortunately for Wendland, the California supreme court was not persuaded by Cranford’s assessment.
Expert witnesses in court are supposed to be unbiased: disinterested in the outcome of the case. Part of the procedure in qualifying expert witnesses is establishing that they are objective and unbiased. But given Dr. Cranford’s history of advocacy in the “right to die” and euthanasia movements, and given his track record of almost always coming down on the side of PVS and removal of nutrition and hydration, one might question his objectivity. Indeed, the Schindlers’ attorneys attempted to do so in the 2002 evidentiary hearing at which Cranford testified, but went unheard. International Task Force on Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide submitted amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs in the appellate proceedings in Terri’s case, demonstrating Cranford’s bias in detail. But these arguments also seemed to fall on deaf ears.
Some neurologists who also consult in legal cases were not surprised at the handling of Dr. Cranford’s expert testimony. In theory, they said, the expert witness is supposed to be objective, but, as Dr. Bell explained, “the way it really works is that an attorney carefully selects an expert that will give him the outcome he desires.” He related that he has been asked by attorneys to serve as an expert. “I have looked over medical records,” he said, “and told attorneys what I thought.” But on occasion, he said, his opinion was “obviously not what they wanted to hear” and “they moved on to another expert.” Bell acknowledged that Cranford is “a highly accomplished and experienced speaker,” but said that in him the court “likely found a highly prejudiced expert.”
Neurologists who are familiar with diagnosing and treating PVS and other brain injuries know that PVS is a notoriously difficult diagnosis to make. It requires a great deal of time spent with the patient over several days or weeks. The reason for this, as Dr. Bell explained, is that brain-injured patients have severely disrupted sleep/wake cycles. Dr. Mack Jones, a neurologist in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., added that patients with severe brain injury will have greatly varying levels of alertness: “Two independent examiners may get an entirely different impression depending on when and how long he/she has spent performing the examination. For example, one examiner may unknowingly attempt to evaluate the patient during a stage of sleep. Another examiner, by chance, may find a more responsive patient simply because [the patient is] now more aroused.” Dr. Morin concurred, saying that in his experience “the attention of brain-injured patients is very erratic,” and that because of this he has “seen inadequate assessments even by experienced neurologists.” Because of these difficulties, the American Academy of Neurology has made it clear that it can take months for a physician to establish with confidence the diagnosis of PVS. NOTE: A 1996 British Medical Journal study, conducted at England’s Royal Hospital for Neurodisability, concluded that there was a "43-percent error rate in the diagnosis of PVS". Inadequate time spent by specialists evaluating patients was listed as a contributing factor for the high incidence of errors.

I am so pissed off at OUR POLITICIANS! They are all OUT OF ORDER~!
Posted by: Booster at April 5, 2005 10:45 AMBooster.. The best thing to do with That Bruce Whitsold, is to completly ignore him,He has his tiny brain working, and not making any sense at all ,So dont even bother to read his posting
Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 5, 2005 11:17 AMYes, it would be best to ignore Bruce, he is hopeless. Except that I have to LAUGH OUT LOUD when he talks about his beloved eastern Pennsylvania, a DemocRat-commie-pinko-fag-NOW state. Also, the waiting list of millions of people who would like to move to PA.
All CRAP!
I know of no one (of sound mind or even a nut) who would want to move there. It is a really high tax area, they have state and county income taxes and even some local income tax. They tax you to death! Add property taxes on top of that. How do I know that?
I used to be one of them. I just could not put up with that nonsense. I used to live in eastern PA, in Horsham (near where the Schindlers lived), in Morgantown and West Chester. Pennsylvania is for losers. Most of them are. That is the reason they are there. The better ones have moved down south, a long time ago.
It appears that I have a knack to p*** people off here. I've found ALL of the postings here of interest, and I've learned some things from them, about Terri Schindler, and about the people who tend to gravitate to these websites.
Booster's given me some interesting stuff to research; she has obviously spent a lot of time and energy keeping informed on the situation. I appreciate people with a passion for truth. I'm especially interested in the PID matter; I haven't heard that before. My wife and I agree on most of the Terri Schiavo case, but she hasn't researched it as much as Booster has, so I appreciate another woman's perspective. It seems passionately venomous but it's well presented.
I'm not infallible; I do the best that I can. And I haven't closed my mind on this. That's why I'm here. I could just as easily participate in a forum where everyone agrees with me, but then I wouldn't learn anything. I don't need validation of my opinions; I need "stuff" I don't know and ideas I haven't heard if I'm going to learn anything.
But information is only as good as it's source, and, frankly, I've seen so much "opinion garbage" floating around as "truth" and "fact" that I wonder why the internet doesn't stink from it!
"Opinion" can be as important as "fact" and "truth", because it reveals how people feel about what they know, or don't know. I have a pretty good idea how everybody here feels about Michael Schiavo, and Pennsylvania, too.
I believe that I. Caganek hates Pennsylvania, the North, and even Florida, the state that he choose to move from Pennsylvania to. I'm not sure if he moved there to die, as he says most people who move to Florida do, or if family or job took him there. Or just a hunt for year 'round greener pastures. I don't think that he likes DemocRat-commie-pinko-fag-NOW people much either.
I believe that Gabriel Simard, citizen of Canada and resident of New Brunswick, is afraid that he too will be 'put down" when his time comes. I understand that; at 80+, your perspective of quality-of-life isn't theoretical, it's based upon experience. As long as you express yourself to others who know you and love you about your wishes and fears as you have here, you have little to fear. If you like, I'll even keep your postings here in case, but put it in writing anyway, if you haven't already. As a sidethought; if I were to retire tomorrow, I would choose Maine, New Brunswick or Nova Scotia. Beautiful country, self-reliant people. Florida would be my LAST choice.
As for Pennsylvania-Camelot-DemocRat-commie-pinko-fag-NOW state, of course what I wrote wasn't true. But, neither are other references to Pennsylvania in the previous postings. At least, not most of it. Because I said it doesn't make it true. We have snow, cold, higher taxes, and New Jersey Drivers who are infiltrating our area. We also have a good medical system, good public schools, hardworking people, and we usually only get rain from hurricanes once every few years. We have the second-highest percentage of people aged 65 and older in the country, behind Florida, so we're used to taking care of our "oldsters".
So, if you choose to ignore my posts, that is your right. I'll just "look in" once in awhile.
very, very sorry Bruce, and you have made an excellent explanation on regard to your belief,I did not mean to be judging you ,I have to agree with some part of your statement ,and again i did not intend to make fun of you ,As you seem to be well educated,It is just that i am so mad at the way they had treated this poor woman who could not help herself, its pityfull. I will try to be more compasionate toward you ,as you have as much right to your posting as i have ,or anyone else, sometime my action does override my brain,Please take my apology.G Simard
Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 6, 2005 8:28 AMNo offense taken, Gabriel. We're just so used to poking sticks at each other "down here" that we fail to try to understand other points of view. We're longer on Education and Opinion than we are on Undertstanding. Unfortunately, the Mass Media doesn't do much to help us there. That's one of the reasons I went looking for a blogsite where I could try, because I've thrown too many sticks myself. This may not have been the best place for me to start, but I had to start somewhere. You can't be part of the solution if you're part of the problem.

Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 6, 2005 10:34 AMJust watched Father Palomo (the Schindler family catholic priest) on O’Reilly’s Factor evening TV show. The Father said he was with Terri up to 10 minutes before her death. He says she didn’t die a peaceful death as Democrats and mainstream media would want us to believe. The Father said he held her hands while she was shaking; it was grueling, horrible death. I believe the Father.
This is my roundup of Terri’s judicial homicide, in a nutshell: Now we know that 79% of Americans wanted her to live, only 9% wanted her dead. Democrats have problem. A stupid judge, Greer, had condemned Terri to death with his idiotic “hand on hot stove” analogy. All the rest of courts and judges had given Greer a free hand, discretion to make unsupported judgment. None of those judges and courts looked for truth, they all just passed the buck, back to that idiot Greer. This looks to me like a corrupt judicial system, an out of control monster, in urgent need of fixing. I am afraid that any shyster from now on will use that idiot Greer’s ruling as a precedent in similar cases.
Now we wait for the autopsy. In FL, autopsies are not mandatory if a body is to be cremated. What is required here is that the Medical Examiner be notified of intent to cremate. The examiner then decides if to perform autopsy or not. Mostly not, unless there is some controversy, or when a kin requests it.
I saw a N.Y. forensic pathologist (M.D.) on TV to discuss autopsies. That is what he does. During autopsy, they do x-rays and remove some internal organs, typically entire brain, part of kidney, liver, etc. He says that the actual autopsy takes 1 day, after that the body is returned to the kin. The brain has consistency of a jelly, so it is placed in a formaldehyde solution for at least 2 weeks, to harden. Then, they cut thin slices of brain and place it under microscope. The light shining through from underneath allows them to see “neurons” and whatever else in the microscope. At the end, they write report.
The problem I see in this case is that the examiner is an acquaintance and most likely friendly with ghouls Greer and Felos. Since he surely realizes that his final report could bring down Greer, I doubt it will be honest, accurate report. I expect the examiner will issue a non-conclusive, wishy-washy report to protect his buttocks and to keep his job.
We will have to wait 2 more weeks. But, we need to watch these crooks like hawks. Keep the focus.
Hey Fellas,
My apologies to all I have offended. I have been venomous, I am so sorry. Just so caught up in the disgust of it all. This is so wrong. Anyway, nice to hear your passion Bruce. :) Gabriel, you may find this nice to read, from one of your fellow citizens, the only Judge that can sleep at night.
Talk to you all soon~! By the way, just heard, there is another case in Georgia, a daughter is doing the same thing to her own mother. See the slippery slope slide through out America. Don't know any details yet. It will kill me if it has anything Cranford on it. Later~!

Judge Gerald Tjoflat
U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit
56 Forsyth St. N.W.
Atlanta, Georgia 30303
Dear Sir:
Subject: Your courage in Schindler v. Schiavo
I have read your dissenting opinion in the recent Schindler v. Schiavo case and I completely agree
with your reasons. I applaud you for your dissent and your courage in taking that position in the
circumstances.
I am a family lawyer in Vancouver, Canada. My grandfather and my great-grandfather were judges in
Ontario, Canada. I have a cousin who is a judge and innumerable cousins who are lawyers. I was the
first woman lawyer in my family in four generations of lawyers. I am a practicing Catholic but pro-
choice and liberal leaning in most issues. Prior to becoming a lawyer I was a government psychologist
working with profoundly mentally disabled, but otherwise healthy patients. Most of my patients
functioned at a lower level than Terri Schiavo appeared to function at when she was alive. I am grateful
to those patients for what they taught me about what it means to be human.
The death of Terri Schiavo pursuant to Court Order has frightened me as a lawyer. I have always felt
confident that I could rely on the law to help the weak and vulnerable. I always believed that Lady
Justice with her scales could raise the lowest person in our society to an even playing field with the
strongest. When Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube was removed and she was allowed to dehydrate and
starve to death, my world view was profoundly shaken forever. The law, which I had always seen as a
shield for the weak ,was used as a sword against them. I was worried for my younger brother who
suffers from Down Syndrome. What judge might decide that the quality of his life was not good enough
to sustain? As you know in the common law with the principle of stare decisis, a precedent has been
set.
In considering the judicial response to this case this quote of Shakespeare from the Merchant of
Venice kept coming to me:
That, in the course of justice, none of us
Should see salvation: we do pray for mercy;
And that same prayer doth teach us all to render
The deeds of mercy.
I understand Shakespeare to say in that quote that none of us would achieve salvation without God’s
mercy, so we ask for mercy and render deeds of mercy to other in the course of justice. In my opinion
that is what you have done in this case.
I find it easier to carry on in my honorable profession of lawyer knowing that there are still people and
judges like you out there who will stand up for the Rule of Law informed by mercy, and do what they
believe is right even when it is not the most popular thing to do.
"But, we need to watch these crooks like hawks. Keep the focus."
IC,
I don't like what I am hearing and seeing. I am a Republican. I am going to give it up if they don't stop saying, these Judges did the right thing. They better act or they have lost my vote and at this point, it matters very much. They need every vote they can get. We all know what that A report is going to say.
Take care
Posted by: Booster at April 7, 2005 12:31 AMI have misspelled the priest name in my previous post. His name is Father Pavone. I did watch the repeat of the O'Reilly's show last night.
The Farther also said that in his entire life, he has never seen so horrible death! As a priest, he sees a lot of dying, so this must have been horrible.
I think O'Reilly will post this interview with Father Pavone on his 'Factor' web site shortly. I will watch for it.
Booster, I am blaming more Democrats then Republicans. Most of the Republicans wanted Terri to live and voted that way, with some exceptions. Democrats wanted Terri dead, with some notable exceptions. But, we need to keep the pressure on both parties, thay have to recall Greer. Otherwise, as you have posted above, this idiot Greer's decision will be used by shysters as a precedent. It would be even easier to kill innocent people the next time.
As for Jeb Bush, I would have loved to see him to send Florida state troopers to storm the Hospice and rescue Terri. But, what would happen immediately after - all DemocRats, united with all the rest of the commies would file with every and each court in the US, claming Jeb's action illegal, unconstitutional. Courts would have agreed and Jeb would have to bring Terri back to the Hospice. In fact, Jeb did send some troops to Pinellas Park, to be ready to storm the place when he orders it. However, Pinellas County Sheriff and the local police chief issued a warning to Jeb Bush that they will not let any state authority into their county. So, I do understand why Jeb did not follow through.
I count Pinellas County Sheriff and the local police among crooks, in addition to the rest of the boys we know about.

Comment One from a Voice of Reason who chooses to try to exercise influence at the voting machine (assuming that the machines really work and register your vote as you made it; another issue, another place).
Comment Two from a disenfranchised person who endorses violence used under the guise of Executive Power to violate the law and court's interpretation of it. George Wallace and Lester Maddox were notable proponents of this type of action.
I have watched several interviews with father Pavone, but not the O'Reilly one; for some reason, FoxNews comes in distorted on my TV so I stopped watching it.
Father Pavone, head of Priests for Life, has wiggled through the interviews that I saw, contradicting himself on several occasions, but most noticeably putting a "spin" on his observations and leaving out important details. His experience will be the subject of a widely distributed book.
Regardless of what George Felos may have said, I'm sure that Terri's death was not "pleasant". The morphine was used to ease the pain that she might have felt, but people don't die in real life like they do on TV.
I find it equally hard to imagine that Terri's death was the most horrible that Father Pavone has ever witnessed, even though his experience at the Parish level was limited to 5 years at a Staten Island Parish from 1988-93; his involvement in Pro-life activities started in 1976 long before he entered Seminary, and he has headed Priests For Life since its founding in 1993. His devotion to his cause is above reproach.
But that does not make him infallible, and he does have certain "biases" that come with such devotion. He fought long and hard for Terri Schiavo, but just as pictures of aborted fetuses are used in his advocacy against abortion, so I believe that he would use Terri Schiavo's death as a tool to further his cause.
I spent some time at the "Priests for Life" website, as well as his own personal site. His view on "Living Wills" is as follows:
"Not every medical treatment is always obligatory. But to figure out which treatments are obligatory, morally speaking, and which are only optional, one must know the medical facts of the case. These facts are then examined in the light of the moral principles involved. But to try to make that decision in advance is to act without all the necessary information. Moreover, to make that decision legally binding by means of a formal document is really putting the cart before the horse. It is not morally justified. Living Wills are both unnecessary and dangerous.
Living Wills are also unnecessary because they propose to give rights which patients and doctors already possess. People already have the right to make informed consent decisions telling their family and physicians how they want to be treated if and when they can no longer make decisions for themselves. Doctors are already free to withhold or withdraw useless procedures in terminal cases that provide no benefit to the patient. Some people fear that medical technology will be used to torture them in their final days. But it is more likely that the 'medical heroics' people fear are the very treatments that will make possible a more comfortable, less painful death.
Moreover, if the living will indicates one does not want "to be kept alive by medications" or "artificial means" what does that mean? An aspirin is "medication," is it not? Drinking through a straw is "artificial." People can construe meanings for these words which the signer of the document never intended.
16. What are the alternatives to a "Living Will?"
A safer route is to appoint a health care proxy who can speak for you in those cases where you may not be able to speak for yourself. This should be a person who shares your moral convictions, and who will be able to apply them to specific medical situations that may arise for you in the future.
Some are worried that they will have all kinds of treatment they don't want. But in the current climate, you are more at risk of the opposite, as more and more hospitals are refusing lifesaving treatment to people who want it. Because of this, more and more people are signing documents, called the "Will to Live," that expressly indicate their desire for lifesaving treatment, should the need arise."
He says "Living Wills are both unnecessary and dangerous". He advocates a "Will to Live", and "A safer route is to appoint a health care proxy who can speak for you in those cases where you may not be able to speak for yourself."
Father Pavone's own words rebuke the "living Will" issue for Terri. Under Father Pavone's recommendation, who do you think Terri Schiavo would have appointed as her health care proxy had she done so at the time of or during her marriage? The vows uttered by both parties in a traditional Catholic Wedding Ceremony imply the same.
I am not a Catholic. My wife is. But we agree on most moral issues of life, and death. And I know what she would want under similar circumstances. I hope I never have to make those decisions.
As for Father Pavone, it's my turn to offer an opinion, without slur.
"Right to Life" has been his passion, his life, for almost 30 years. I take his thoughts into consideration from that perspective. He has headed "Priests for Life" with the permission of Cardinal O'Connor, and acted on behalf of the Vatican in similar matters. Is their a Cardinalship in this for Father Pavone? One doesn't wake up a Cardinal one day. It's a political process based upon faith, good works, visibility and contacts. As it should be.
So, I hope I've conveyed my thoughts here in an understandable manner, without calling anybody a ghoul, meathead, Republi-Fascist, idiot, jerk, murderer, or anything else.
I invite a response. And thank you again, Gabriel, for reading my postings.
Here is the transcript of Father Pavone's appearance on Bill O'Rilley's Factor, April 6:

An excerpt:
"I was with Terri for three or four hours before she died, right up to about 10 minutes before her death. Now George Felos and Michael Schiavo, they want to say this was a peaceful, gentle, merciful death. Bill, in all my years as priest I have never seen anything so horrifying or agonizing as the way she died."
As mentioned earlier, I was brought up a Catholic due to had been placed in two different orphanages ,But when i got older, and thought about religion and all different version of what peoples had to say ,I then decided ,that i would no longer be a member of any religion,As for example ,too many hypocrites,That the way i feel ,
Posted by: Gabriel Simard at April 7, 2005 12:53 PMThis Bruce needs to show his feathers. We know he is a liberal Democrat. But, from the senseless mush he posts here it seems he approves of killing Terri. He should answer a simple question:
I approve putting Terri to death – Year or No. There is no other answer to this.
Unless he shows his feathers, he looks to me like a provocateur, on assignment by the Democrat Party. Looks like he is in tune with Felos and Greer.

There's more than one side to everything, usually two, but sometimes three or more. I'm really still trying to figure out how many sides there are here, so I know which ones NOT to be on.
I have no love or admiration for George Felos; I never said I did. But I'm not sure that I have any more for Father Pavone, either. There are too many characters in this to make it a simple: "I approve putting Terri to death – Year or No. There is no other answer to this." The quote and spelling are not mine.
No judge put Terri to death. They only ruled on Michael Schiavo's authority to make decisions regarding her care (Ok, or abuse, for those who will disagree with my use of the word "care"). That was within their authority to do so.
Father Pavone brought "All the Powers That Be" into play here: Governor Bush, the Florida Legislature, the US Congress, The US Supreme Court, the Court of Public Opinion. As an activist, he's probably unparalleled.
But that doesn't make him right.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman) at April 7, 2005 1:38 PMBruce,
no more mush, please.
Answer this question:
>>> Do you approve killing of Terri?
The answer is either YES or NO.
Any other, mushy answer means "I do approve killing of Terri".
We should not play childish verbal games here, this is about brutal, inhumane killing of an innocent person.
So, show your feathers!
Whitesell:
DO YOU APPROVE KILLING OF TERRI?
Yes or No!
Posted by: I. Caganek at April 7, 2005 6:06 PMTerri was not killed. I do not believe that Terri's death was murder. In your black-and-white world, you have your answer.
Would you have killed Michael to "save" Terri, I. Caganek? Or are your words just empty? Yes or no. Show your colors.
Your answer will come easy. Mine did not. Would I have disconnected Terri's feeding tube? I don't know. Would you still pull the trigger on Michael Schiavo or George Felos? Yes or no, I. Caganek. Show your colors.
Do you advocate the death of Michael Schiavo, George Felos and every judge who ruled in favor of Michael Schiavo's guardianship of Terri? Why not? They are murderers, aren't they? Murderers deserve to die, don't they? Yes or no, I. Caganek. Show your colors.
In a world of choices only between extremes, everybody loses. In trying to save Terri, I. Caganek, you have wandered down a hateful path, full of dark shadows. Read your postings. Is that how you REALLY feel, or are you just p____ed off at the world? I'll take a simple yes or no on that one, too.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman) at April 7, 2005 10:03 PMWhew! I hit the "SEND" button on that one too soon! Awfully pointed and antagonistic. But, I'm not sure I could have said it any other way. So, I guess it stands as is, with prior apologies if it offends.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman) at April 7, 2005 10:12 PMLet's put aside for the moment the actual extent of Terri's neurological condition. For every doctor that is sure her brain was pure Jello, another specialist could debate that he/she felt there was potential for improvement. And forget the polls. Any poll that starts out trying to find opinions on Terri's "right to die," never understood the situation from the start. Unlike a few years back, when a quadraplegic woman with multiple sclerosis, whose mere act of swallowing caused pain, requested that the Canadian Parliament allow her to end her own life, Terri never asked to die.
What bothers me is that a single judge decided what facts would be accepted during the initial case, albitrarily dismissing some facts, and not allowing others to even be brought up. "But Gil, didn't all the other courts also review that evidence?" No, there was only a single evidenciary trial held - all other court activities revolved around reviewing the original transcripts looking for procedural errors. NO new evidence, or evidence that Judge Greer would not allow, was ever seen. At the end, when a life was at stake, Judge Greer refused to consider the possibly that he was human, that he possibly did not fully consider all possibilities. For this arrogance, the voters of Florida should not re-elect him for any public position.
Pretty much world-wide, whenever a wife or husband is found dead of fowl play, police generally will automatically count the spouse as the chief suspect, in lieu of significant evidence pointing elsewhere. In some respects, that makes common sense, since as the fellow from PA pointed out, getting married is the easy part, staying married is work, remaining sane while married is ofttimes impossible.
Terri was found dead, but the testimony from the paramedics that first arrived on the scene of Terri's collapse stated that the condition of her body looked enough out of the ordinary for them to feel compelled to call in the police before moving her. We also have some hospital reports of test films showing some extensive bone damage.
So why, in the absense of a written living will, would Judge Dreddfull take on hearsay faith Michael Schiavo's claim that he heard Terri mention that she would never like to continue living 'in this state.' Maybe, if she did actually say that, she meant Florida! The man who had the greatest motive to see Terri dead, was given the right to make it happen. In the absense of a living will, shouldn't the prudent thing for the judge to have done was err on the side of Terri by awarding either Terri's parents, or an unaffiliated social services representative as Terri's guardian? Shame on you, soon-to-be-back-to Mr. Greer, you seem to believe that the words 'judge' and 'god' are synonyms.
OK, so help me out here. The above postings by Gil and Booster raise questions for me.
Apparently transcripts of the various hearings are available on-line, in full? Not edited, or paraphrased, but in their entirety? I've seen "notarized affidavits" sometimes confused with 'sworn statements", but they aren't the same. I have also found copies of Court Decisions. such as the District Court of appeal Florida Second District Court from June 6, 2003:
http://www.2dca.org/opinion/June%2006,%202003/2D02-5394.pdf
"Terri was found dead, but the testimony from the paramedics that first arrived on the scene of Terri's collapse stated that the condition of her body looked enough out of the ordinary for them to feel compelled to call in the police before moving her. We also have some hospital reports of test films showing some extensive bone damage."
I've read about the x-rays and signs of broken bones as reported by a "Dr. Walker", but I've never seen that info on the paramedics statements.
"What bothers me is that a single judge decided what facts would be accepted during the initial case, arbitrarily dismissing some facts, and not allowing others to even be brought up. "But Gil, didn't all the other courts also review that evidence?" No, there was only a single evidentiary trial held - all other court activities revolved around reviewing the original transcripts looking for procedural errors."
My reading of the Court Decisions such as the one referenced above doesn't seem to support that claim. but then, I'm not an attorney, either.
I'm also not familiar with the report that Terri had PID, mentioned in a previous posting here.
The letter to Judge Gerald Tjoflat also posted previously was a great letter, but the sender isn't shown in the posting.
As I've said before, there is so much "information" on the net, but most of it is opinion, or incomplete paraphrasing, or not referenced back to a source. Call me paranoid or suspicious, or untrusting, but there are too many zealots and too many agendas in play here to "take somebody's word" on anything.
Was there a conspiracy in the State of Florida to "kill" Terri Schiavo, extending up to and including the Florida Supreme Court, and even into the United States Supreme Court? Was there a conspiracy by the various Right-to-life groups to use Terri as a "poster person" and a test case? Are there any other explanations open to us? Is it possible that everyone was just doing the best job that they could? Oops, that's not going to be an acceptable theory here.
I haven't spent as much time as some of the people who post here, and I certainly don't expect to change anybody else's mind about Terri's death. I just want to be comfortable with my own mind about it.
Posted by: Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman) at April 7, 2005 11:32 PMGil,

Yep, I know that is what she meant. Anyone talking their kids to Disney World after this? I hope not~! They have some wicked laws in their state.
Poor Pity Michael Schiavo. That man has destroyed his own life at his own hands, and he doesn't even know it. He needed a body guard to protect himself from himself. He is haunted forever. American's will never let him forget it. Just ask OJ. Mayve they can form a club. "Men that kill their wives and get away with it" He will always be known for what he did, He murdered his own wife and abused our Judical System. At least OJ was quick...Michael made her suffer, tortured, intimidated her for 15 long year. He tortured us all to the bitter end. He surrounded her with grinning Felos, Scott, and himself with some cheap Teddy Bear they picked up at illegal immigrant Cuban's road side flea market. He ripped the hearts of her Mother, Father, Sister and Brother and put them down the garbage disposal with a sly grin. He thought he was winning. What a loser.
Michael Schiavo..Your worse Prison is within your own soul. You will never be free of such torment. You should have taken you anti psychotic meds. You also ripped the heart out of people around the world.
Live you Legacy Michael Schiavo, you have no Peace left.
This man, even though it is court ordered, has not informed Terri's family what he is or has done with Terri's remains. My guess, he flushed them down a Road Side Gas Station bathroom, on the way home from the crematorium.
This man has no conscience. He should be in a straight jacket. Hopefully the demons in his head will send him off to the padded cell he belongs in before he kills again.
Posted by: Booster at April 8, 2005 2:43 AMLarry King asked Michael Schiavo why he left the room when they removed the feeding tube. Michael said, "I just didn't want to be there"....
You know why...because he didn't want to hear Terri's cries. Terri Schindler cried when they removed her feeding tube. She knew what was happening. She cried for 13 long days.
We have scum in America that laughed as she cried. We still have idiots that think she was on a respirator.
Then again, we have Clerks at BEST BUY calling the cops and the Secret Service on a guy making his purchase with two dollar bills. FYI, for those that are actually brain damaged, 2 dollar bills are legal tender.
Main Entry: legal tender
Function: noun
Date: 1739
: money that is legally valid for the payment of debts and that must be accepted for that purpose when offered
Our country is so doomed...

Man arrested, cuffed after using $2 bills
Best Buy customer on being jailed: 'At this point, I'm a mass murderer'
"Meanwhile, everybody's looking at me. I've lived here 18 years. I'm hoping my kids don't walk in and see this. And I'm saying, 'I can't believe you're doing this. I'm paying with legal American money.'"
Bolesta was taken to the lockup, where he sat handcuffed to a pole and in leg irons while the Secret Service was called.
"At this point," he says, "I'm a mass murderer."
Secret Service agent Leigh Turner eventually arrived and declared the bills legitimate, adding, according to the police report, "Sometimes ink on money can smear."
Commenting on the incident, Baltimore County police spokesman Bill Toohey told the Sun: "It's a sign that we're all a little nervous in the post-9/11 world."

Our police are even silly. This was not a post-9/11 world issue. It was a total idiot issue.
Bruce Whitesell (PA Gentleman)
But that does not make him infallible, and he does have certain "biases" that come with such devotion. He fought long and hard for Terri Schiavo, but just as pictures of aborted fetuses are used in his advocacy against abortion, so I believe that he would use Terri Schiavo's death as a tool to further his cause.
What was his cause? Spell it out to me,
but s-l-o-w-e-r.
Booster, I am blaming more Democrats then Republicans. Most of the Republicans wanted Terri to live and voted that way, with some exceptions. Democrats wanted Terri dead, with some notable exceptions.
HI IC,
I know, the mere silence out of most of those Democrats, especially the ones that go on frequent PMS-hormonal-eye popping rants was deafening. Gee, I actually missed them this time around. I even missed Howard Deans "SCREAM" I kept checking my hearing aid to see if I needed a new battery.
BUT........these are not the Republicans I used to know. They let a Tyrant Judge have his way as he thumbed his nose at the Law of our Lands. Let's just hope the wheels of Justice are in motion with DOJ.
The question here is WWJD? *Janet She needed to lend her chest hair to Jeb.
Posted by: Booster at April 8, 2005 3:49 AMBruce-Per You..No judge put Terri to death. They only ruled on Michael Schiavo's authority to make decisions regarding her care (Ok, or abuse, for those who will disagree with my use of the word "care"). That was within their authority to do so.
That's true, under the Guardian Law's of Florida, you can do just about anything with that Power of Attorney. Including torture and murder. This Judge carried out the order with Zeal. Did you not notice? Does it make it right Bruce? Florida residents should be luiterally shakening in their boots at their own Guardian Laws. I am sure Felos was the "soul" lobbist for getting it passed. Just more work for me to do.
Put this in your black helicopter and smoke it...
While doing so they...violated Federal Law.

Posted by: Booster at April 8, 2005 4:38 AMLISTEN TO: Dr. Hammesfahrs: http://www.apfn.org/audio/DrHammesfahr2.mp3
Dr. Hammesfahr revealed that not only has Terri NEVER had a heart attack as widely reported in the major media, she also NEVER even had a cardiac arrest (her heart never stopped)! [she had arhythmias of the heart but not a
"stopped heart."] He explained that Terri's injuries were multiple and showed injury TO her. He stated that Terri had marked injury to her neck
which still exists today, and that he has only seen a similar injury, with spinal cord involvement as well as brain injury, in one case where a patient had been strangled. He stated that Terri had an L-1 injury to her spine,
which he stated is common among persons being thrown against a table, for example. Dr. Hammesfahr confirmed that Terri could talk and was improving in the very first year when she was getting some rehabilitation (BEFORE Michael
got the money), and that the medical records confirm, that after Michael got
the money, rehabilitation was completely stopped!
