Different War, Same Student Scum

"But of course we support our troops! How can you possibly think of us as bad Americans?"

"Sgt. 1st Class Jeff Due, right, a U.S. Army recruiter, is surrounded by protesters at Seattle Central Community College, Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, in Seattle. After about a 10-minute standoff during which protesters tore up U.S Army literature, the protesters were successful in getting Due and another recruiter to leave their table under escort by campus security officers. Several hundred students walked out of classes at several Seattle colleges and universities to protest the inauguration of President Bush." -- AP

Yup. Blogged on it, too. Niceness from the denizens of PsychoSpace.

Any college where the military is abused like that should be embargoed from receiving any federal funds. No student loans, no grants, no research money, nothing.

note to butterworth:
loved your mom, wonder if you remember anything you might have learned about the constitution and the bill of rights.

Unless they're over 18, any school that allows military recruitment on campus should be denied the funds. What you're seeing in the photo is free speech, bubba. Love it or leave it.

I thought that if you objected to a politician your protest was limited to voting against him.

those students may protest as well as the ARMY may recruit. the students should have been escorted out to reality.

Is it just me or does Ol' Jeff seem to be having fun? Looks like a good time was had by all (excepting those who had deal with phone calls from parents after the news got out.)

Dumb leftist student traitors, I say we cull the whining hypocritical Red bastards! We need real men for the future, not fags and spineless liberals who would be happy to welcome muslim killers into the US before running like cowards when they start to shoot at us!
